Welcome to the Sandbar, our family friendly 3 bedroom 2 bathroom beach cottage. New to the market and freshly updated with 4K Ultra HD Tv's, wifi, wireless audio system, well appointed kitchen with new cookware, new bed linens, updated bathrooms, private fully fenced patio, outdoor shower, beach gear, and 2 off street parking spaces. Park your car and walk to the restaurants, shops, boardwalk, and beach.

Enjoy an open layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located off the main living room hallway in the back of the house. Bedroom 1: Queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2: Bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds. Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with 2 twin beds that can convert to a king bed. The family room is off the kitchen and has sliding doors leading to the private outdoor patio.

An excellent property on a quiet street in Rehoboth Beach. Easy walking distance to shops, the beach, and playgrounds. The house is very well maintained and had a fully stocked kitchen. Lots of space for a multigenerational family vacation.

Family beach week

The property is as described. The kitchen is very well stocked. The beds are comfortable and all the rooms are big enough for adults. It was nice to have all the beach equipment that we needed so that we did not need to transport our own. The neighborhood is very quietOverall, an excellent choice for our family of grown children.

A very cute property in a great location - close to the main drag in town, near Dogfish brewery. We walked, biked, and drove - thanks to the passes - to the beach. Very quiet area to be; the AC worked great on the very hot days. Thank you!

Reliable, spacious, convenient

It’s our third time renting this property. We feel right at home, only more relaxed, as soon as we enter. Everything you need is provided for and there is always more to discover. Convenient to restaurants, bike path and beach are wonderful, yet the neighborhood is quite and friendly.

Spacious, clean, comfortable and practical

This beach home provided us with everything we needed. It’s spacious enough to allow us time together and apart comfortably, which is important with teens. My husband and I had space to exercise inside while the teens slept and also, enter and exit through the master bedroom, hop on provided bikes and ride along a well designed tree lined bike bath nearby that was a highlight for us of our trip. Convenience to stores and restaurants by way of the shortcut made for quick access to all Rehoboth has to offer. We are so pleased with this location, we have already reserved it twice and look forward to future visits.

Perfect home for a family

The Sandbar property exceeded our expectations! The house was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and communication was A+. I’m just going to touch on some of the amenities that made our trip spectacular. My kids were able to ride bikes everyday to the park and I felt completely comfortable. If you walk across the foot bridge at the tot park, there is a another huge park at the school. The outdoor shower was AMAZING!! Hot and cold water, no sand in the house! We cook every night since going out with kids ranging from age 17-2 isn’t relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked and the cookware was in great shape, we never felt like we were missing something. The newer gas grill was great to have and grill utensils were also provided. The bunk room is so large that you can easily have an air mattress if you needed extra kid space. So many more positives to mention! You will not be disappointed staying here.

Great time at Rehoboth Beach

This is a charming beach home that is convenient to beach, shopping, and dining. Everything is within easy walking distance. The home comes with a great assortment of beach gear and several bikes. Look forward to returning in the future.

Ease and pleasure

What a welcome treat our stay was during the pandemic. This house has a surprising amount of indoor space and follow, conducive to privacy, relaxation, and variation. We were even able to find space to engage in virtual fitness classes, which is a huge plus. The outdoor space is lovely and the access to equipment generous . The home was clean, well stocked and well located so that we could walk to beach or shops, but also allowed us to explore the neighborhood on bikes. The home decor is comfortable and soothing and it has everything you need. Honestly, we only wish we could have stayed longer.

Another good stay...need to talk to cleaning crew

Kitchen was dirty with a dishwasher full of dirty smelly dishes, dirty counters and several dirty glasses, silverware put away. Spent a couple hours cleaning the morning after we got in once I discovered everything. Last time I rented here it was spotless so they had a very bad visit by cleaning crew or they didn’t show at all. Still enjoyed the house and location.

Charming beach retreat!

My friend (from Pennsylvania) and I (from Maryland) are so happy when we can meet up a few times a year, and especially when it's in Rehoboth Beach. We were lucky to find this beach home to rent for a weekend in early spring. This spacious cottage is clean, comfortable, and charming. The owner, Melissa, provided all the information we needed for the visit beforehand and responded very quickly and very pleasantly to my questions. My friend and I had a wonderful, relaxing visit here and hope to return for another weekend stay in the fall.

Great location for Rehoboth marathon weekend! Cozy sofas and awesome TV for post race lounging!

Love our stay- easy in and out - great communication with host- loved the tv and kitchen had everything we needed. Only down side kitchen cabinets and drawers just did not feel clean- lots of crumbs in utensil drawers and cabinets. Otherwise place was awesome! Thanks!
