This is a quiet community so groups of friends are not permitted as noise travels easily due to being twin homes and yards are connected.

Beautiful!

The property was clean and beautiful. Very well appointed! Loved the screened in porch. We enjoyed the nice pool and loved the neighborhood. Lots of space for everyone. We were able to bike into Rehoboth beach. We would stay here again!

Loved our stay

We loved our stay! The house was clean, spacious, in a great location and beautifully decorated. The screened in porch and community pool were very nice to hang out with friends & family. The bus depot across the street is also a great perk, we took it several times into town. Liz was great with communications and prompt to reply. We would definitely recommend this rental and we’ll certainly be back! Thank you!

Beautiful home, very conveniently located walking distance to Jungle Jim’s. The enclosed back patio made it ideal for eating our meals outdoors without the bugs. Beds were very comfortable and there was ample space for all 10 of us to spread out. The DART bus couldn’t be more conveniently located, you literally just cross the street and from there can easily catch a bus. We love that there was a bedroom on the main floor, it made it much easier for my parents, though the shower does not have a safety bar or something to hold onto, something to consider.

Great Property and Location

The house is beautifully decorated and clean. You can’t beat the location especially if you have kids with you. Walking distance to pool, bus and water park. There were 10 of us. The host was friendly, helpful and responsive. The only negative I have is that the one “bedroom” area with two twin beds is a loft so it’s wide open, which is not great for people trying to sleep. However, we did know that was the case going in.Overall we had a great trip.

Awesome vacation

Our family of 5 adults and 2 children was absolutely the best time ever. Our stay at this amazingly decorated beautiful house was perfect! This house was just as described and more. From the beautiful decor to all the dishes and cutlery provided. We had everything we needed. The house was clean and rooms were so comfortable the showers were amazing. There is a small yard out the patio were we played a family tournament of boccee ball. A small drive to the beach or bay everyday and then back to the pool later in the day which was was so inviting and clean. Can't say enough good things about this place it's obvious the owners took alot of time and thought making it the perfect home away from home for vacationers. We will definitely be booking a stay here again. We highly recommend staying here.

Family getaway

Beautiful house in a location we prefer to stay in. The house was really more space than 4 of us needed, but it was nice to be able to spread out. It would easily accommodate 8-10 people. The 1st floor ensuite is amazing. Huge kitchen with plenty of seating in the dining area. Screened in patio was a favorite gathering space. Ceiling fans were a must upstairs. We thought the parking pass could be used to avoid having to pay for parking near the boardwalk. We found out the hard way, we were wrong about that. The homeowner was always available for questions. All in all, we were very comfortable and happy with our stay.

Didn't stay long enough

I have 6 young children. When we arrived at the property they ran through all the rooms and got so excited. The young ones thought I bought the property as a family beach home and were sad that we were just renting it. I didn't know they could be so excited about a house. Great property and location. Clean. Kind host. Would definitely rent again.

Highly recommended!

We enjoyed this house rental at 20180 Truman Court. It was big enough to be comfortable for everyone in our family. When I let the owner know about a slow bathtub drain, she sent someone out to fix it promptly. Highly recommended!

Great location!

Very close to just about everything. Comfortable home in a nice neighborhood. Many things in walking distance, stores, Jungle Jim's, restaurants. You'll want to bring your own sheets and towels as mentioned in the description but also bring bath mat, hand towels and dishtowel. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware, utensils, plates, glasses, etc. Safe and secure, had a great time!!

Property was clean and well supplied with everything needed! Location is good, about a 7 minute drive to the beach. Would not recommend biking since you have to cross the highway. Pool in the community is on the small side but there was never more than a couple other people there when we went. We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful home, great for my family of 9!

My family spent 5 days in this rental in July 2020. Liz, the property owner, was great and kept in touch with me until the last minute due to the corona virus and unknown travel restrictions. But we were able to go and we loved it! The beach and boardwalk are close by, either walking distance or driving (we drove due to having a big family and a lot of beach stuff). The neighborhood is so nice and quiet and the people there were so friendly. We also used the community swimming pool which the kids loved! There’s a HUGE water slide park called Jungle Jim’s, basically next door to the house but it’s not loud or noisy. My kids LOVED it. The house was cozy and large enough to fit my family of 3 adults and 6 children. We made some great memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you Liz and family! We highly recommend this property and the owners!

Covid cleanliness

We were charged a cleaning fee. But we had to make beds and make sure all dishes were washed. There was also no indication of specialized covid cleaning from one family to the next. Was bedding that was on beds washed in between families?

We walked in and settled in and enjoyed our stay.

The property was well kept and made us feel at home. We were close to so many stores. Close enough to the beach. Liz the property owner was very helpful with anything I asked her. Great vacation for our family.
