Great Location
My family (2 adults and 2 teens) had a good time on our recent trip to Rehoboth, staying for the first time on Olive street in the Patrician Towers. The location was what sold us on this place, as it is close to the entrance to the boardwalk and the beach. We really only had a few issues during our stay, most of which were not this unit owners fault. For bedding, potential renters in the future should know that there are not 2 twin size beds in the back bedroom, for sheets. Only one was twin, the second bed is possibly a full size? We just used bigger sheets, more of an fyi. The second issue was more problematic for us during the stay and that was with the neighbors. Some had dogs which would bark continuously until their owners returned, a few times well into the middle of the night. We didn’t realize that the property was not pet free, as we were advised in booking that we cannot have pets in the unit. Again, this is not within the owners control, but some heads up should be given that other tenants do have animals and they can be loud at times. Quiet time was advertised as 10pm to 6am, but no one is there enforcing rules. Last issue for us was the lack of black out curtains in the main bedroom, which for a unit near the beach , seems like would be a good idea. Most other units appeared to have these and sleeping past 6am was near impossible due to how bright the rooms were. Overall we did enjoy our stay and the location to everything was great!
