"Good place for a night or two. Good affordable food and restaurants nearby. Room and everything else was good and clean. Only complaint was the bed we had was a little lopsided or unstable but I just shoved something underneath it briefly to keep it from that unstable bed sound from moving around. Otherwise, great staff and place to stay ! 8.7/10!"

"This was my first stay at a Canopy by Hilton property. The Canopy sub-brand is advertised as an upscale semi-boutique hotel. The Minneapolis hotel is fully inline with the advertising. Really a very pleasant 4 night stay. Building is a renovated manufacturing factory. The have retained most if not all of the original timber posts and beams-very interesting. "Location is excellent. Hotel is immaculate. Staff is over the top friendly. The rooms are priced really reasonable."

"No working AC in room (which they admitted they knew a few rooms did not have and still booked them out) and they were unable to switch my room or provide a fan. The lady at the desk tried her best and was able to switch rooms after the first night of cooking in the room, but no management on site during the weekends for any type of refund. This would not have been a major issue if it had not been high 80’s out and cost approx $300 a night…."

"Room clean and well stocked. Parking good. Breakfast was good. I guess what I saw was hallways were not cleaned up. The breakfast area didn't have an attendant so there were a lot of paper products on the floor, cereal spilled, and messy around food dispensers. Tables not washed between usage."

"In the first room given, the AC didn't work, but they immediately gave us a bigger new room with good AC. However the view from the window is a narrow wall. But because we stayed only to sleep, it did not really matter. We couldn't find the hair dryer, they gave one fast. Finally the original hair dryer was found in the drawer inside the bathroom. We like the room is big. The ammenities should be asked. Slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste were not provided in the room if we did not ask. Then...
