Historic and charming, the DC is a unique stay that I would recommend over any of the boring corporate hotels you find downtown and most everywhere else. Beautiful period furnishings, personalized and attentive service, and very comfortable rooms. The location is very convenient with easy access to transit and attractions, although you may never need to leave the cozy bar with live jazz, the restaurant with great steakhouse classics, and the subterranean grotto and spa. We would definitely stay here again.
