This has to be the worst experience of mine. So here it starts : I tried to reach out to the host via VRBO and haven't hear any response. I have neither received any email on how to get into the property as well. we have reached the property (with a kid) and then we couldn't get hold of any at all. Seems that the host is not aware that the property is listed on the sites or approved. He has not received any communication etc. Imagine trying to get into a property which is located in a residential area in the night at 9 PM and not being aware of how the neighbourhood is and making everyone in the group stand outside. That was horrifying. After trying for an hour and being on calls with Expedia, VRBO and later connecting with host finally we got in. While the property is spacious, it wasn't that clean to start with. Property has a designated parking but then we did not get any parking permit from the host (seems it is lost). No instructions were given on how to operate anything in the house and for everything I had to call the host at night to keep doing things like turning on the heater or hot water. Wi-Fi : it exists for namesake and this property is well suited if you need a 4G on your mobile yet it doesnt work and neither does WiFi (password shared is wrong). Overall the intention to book the property is to rest but we did not, rather we haven't had a proper sleep, a horrifying hour waiting outside of the property, and then there is no crockery at all in the house to cook.
