Awesome staff, gluten free options are good, bed was comfy, no working shower was a disappointing start to my day.

Overall very good, nice location if your traveling further south as it just off the main A303, plenty of parking, nice room clean and well presented, with all the normal tea,coffee and TV, quiet location and an Indian restaurant next door if you want to eat. On the down side room was let down by the rusty towel rail in the bathroom, which needs replacing badly as it's unusable and dust and hair on the bathroom window sill. Would I stay here again, most certainly, just not in room 1 purely because of the bathroom.

Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice of continental and full English breakfast food items. Clean ensuite bedroom. Close to Cathedral, museum, Bishop's Palace and restaurants/cafés/shops, and within walking distance of bus station.
