This comfortable abode is situated just 30 feet from the water, offering breathtaking views of the lake. The lot is level around the roadside, with 6 stairs leading down to the level waterfront and sandy beach boasting a gradual entry to the water. The dock can accommodate up to a 20-foot boat, and there are 2 kayaks provided to explore the coves and islands across the 1900 acres of boatable waterway. Enjoy the convenience of shopping, movies, and recreational activities nearby, with Portland and Freeport just a short drive away.

Peaceful Cove

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A peaceful, relaxing week away in a quiet Cove. This rental offers an updated kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and a covered porch. The beach area is clean and has a sandy bottom. The dock is nice for the boat or to have a chair to see the sunrise. The road provides a nice walking route each day. The sound of the loons and the visit from the ice cream boat make this a perfect getaway.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had an issue with bees in 2 separate areas. Two of our grandchildren got stung in separate areas. The owner and management team took care of the situation. We appreciate the matter was resolved without further incident.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views are unlike any other and waterfront was wonderful. The house had just about everything you needed. It would have been cleaned much more. So many spiderwebs throughout house. We we're notified about the washer being a little finicky prior to our arrival, however, the washer was unusable the entire stay with several children, and no way of getting her clothes washed, which is incredibly difficult. Unfortunately, it left a sour taste in her mouth most of the trip lugging laundry around with 10 children between two homes. They did reimburse us $100 however it should've been much more considering the inconvenience that it was. Overall, we understand that it's a high rental area with a little flip time between guests. The views are what you're there for and it didn't disappoint and the kids still talk about it daily.

The sounds of nature the Loons and the eagles flying overhead. A nice walk through the neighborhood to get your steps in. This quiet cove offers an escape for a week well deserved.
