"Stained carpet, zero WiFi coverage (it worked in reception for the staff) if you are on EE mobile there is zero mobile coverage so big problem. maintenance crew came ti the room and said yes the WiFi issue is a known problem!! So why not fix it! They seem to only be interested in weddings and groups. ..."
