Loved this property and location for our trip! The layout of the property was well thought out and worked well for us. The location was great if you plan on visiting the nearby parks. Such a quiet neighborhood and it was nice to see the stars at night. Property was clean and neat with an easy check in and check out process. Home run for us and we would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to the area.

Very nice and quiet place

Very nice cabin. Everything is like its listed and then some. Very quiet area. Made for a really relaxing experience. Tons of wildlife, which my kids enjoyed watching. The doors in the cabin are very unique and one of a kind. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Amazing Unique Cabin

Rented this amazing cabin for our trip out west. This cabin is so clean and well stocked. We loved getting up in the morning and seeing deer and turkeys, and then relaxing in hot tub after long day of exploring. Very private yet close to town and attractions such as Mount Rushmore monument, Crazy Horse, Custer state park and Sturgis. Was perfect for our trip!

Beautiful cabin in spacious neighborhood

Very well cared for, clean, nicely decorated rustic cabin. Enjoyed the large wraparound deck, hot tub, amazing wildlife around cabin. Kitchen is beautiful. We did get the impression from VRBO, that the cabin was more remote than it really is. One view is the back of the neighbors home, yard etc. overall, a beautiful, peaceful place.

The Perfect Cabin for Rapid City

The cabin was outstanding in both the location and amenities. Located just outside of Rapid City it was an easy drive to all of the sites and even downtown for dinner. The property has a beautiful view with deer visiting us each day. The cabin was fully stocked with all that you need to cook inside or outside. There are two coffee makers to utilize, one Keurig and one standard pot for drip coffee. Evenings were perfect for either sitting on the front porch or taking a break in the hot tub after a day out. We did have our dog with us. Walking each morning was a great start as we traveled a long the road or a quick walk around the mowed area of the property. We would definitely stay here again.

What a cool place

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely cabin. The location was very peaceful and natural. We saw deer roaming around every day and a fox hunting in the yard one day. The cabin was very charming and comfortable.

Honeymoon get away

My husband and I stayed here for a week for our honeymoon and it was amazing. The place was super clean and so unique! We loved all of the wildlife that we saw sitting on the deck in the morning and evenings. It was the perfect get away.

Beautiful & peaceful cabin

My family and I enjoyed our stay so much! Everything was neat and clean when we arrived. It is beautiful and updated with so many amenities. It had everything we needed and more. The kitchen and heated bathroom floors are amazing! Beds were very comfortable. Lots of indoor and outdoor games to enjoy. We loved seeing all the wildlife in the yard and how peaceful the property the was. Drinking coffee in the morning and watching the deer roam was our favorite. We loved this cabin and hope to stay again in the future!

Vacation

We decided to come to South Dakota before my school year started and my boyfriend has never really seen mountains before since we live in Illinois. I wanted to give him that experience so what better place than to visit Mount Rushmore and the state parks. Browsing through some cabins I came across this one and I confidently will say that this was one of the best cabins Ive rented. Absolutely spotless when we arrived. They have almost all the little amenities you can think of from plates, coffee mugs, silverware, both types of coffee machines, a bucket with some sports equipment which we did play a little bit of whiffle ball in the field. The cabin as a whole was very cozy and peaceful with plenty of deers and turkeys cutting through the property. I would without a doubt rent this cabin again. It was perfect and driving distance from the popular towns and parks (Deadwood, Rushmore, Custer, Windcave, etc.)

Cabin was well thought out and had everything you needed. We had an amazing time. The cabin was in a secluded area but close to all the attractions. We would definitely stay again at Ed’s cabin!!

Badlands no way they should be called the good lands !

Property was beautiful. kitchen and entertainment tv etc were top notch easy to use and well equipped . The views from within the house were stunning . We experienced a lightning storm while staying here and it was amazing sights while safe and cozy in house . The property in centrally located to endless regional attractions for both outdoors activities , hiking cycling , and historical attractions, Custer etc. Recommend hiking Black Elk Peak . Start early it can get hot . We will be back next year Rusty
