🏡 This home is small but cozy and equipped with all comforts.
It features a living room with a double sofa bed, an integrated kitchen, a double bedroom, a functional bathroom, and air conditioning ❄️.
The true highlight is the small terrace, perfect for relaxing on quiet summer evenings 🌇.
Although it doesn’t have private parking, this won’t be a problem: free street parking is available and convenient paid parking is just a few steps away.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive with complete freedom and no constraints.

🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY OR LEAVE LATE?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.

• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linens and towels provided according to the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, garbage bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet rolls per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENIC REASONS, no food items are present in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children aged 0 to 2.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including linens.

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation.
• Additional cost: €30 per stay.
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, for up to 10 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please follow the recycling rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of garbage.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will apply.

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
