"Parking is difficult and not well explained. The breakfast was great. But when I checked out I had multiple charges that cannot be explained. "

"Our 2 bedroom suite exceeded my expectations. It was so spacious and clean. Bec the property accepts dogs and cats I was nervous because my daughter is allergic to them but she had no issues. There was no pet odor whatsoever. The only thing negative, which I guess is to be expected, was the sofa bed pullout is not comfortable."

"For what I paid a night to stay there my toilet paper should not be sitting on the bathroom counter because the holder for it is broken. Also, every time my husband or I would roll over you could hear the springs in the bed squeak!! We woke each other up all night just by rolling over in the loud bed! I have stayed in many hotels and never had a noisy bed."

"Good thing - the check in was fast.i reached around 9:30pm. Front was clean and nice. I stayed for 1 night. Bad part - the bed sheets had cigarette stains and holes. The room floor was dirty. The staff had kept the windows open so the room was extremely cold. I closed the windows and turned on the heat. The heater/ac unit made a Hugh sound every time it turned on. I woke up at least 3 times in the night due to the noise. I had booked for 4 people but there were 2 towels. No phone in the room so...
