Enjoy our 3 bedroom + queen sleeper sofa house within walking distance to Rangeley Lake! Great location with hiking and restaurants close by.

In Summer, it's a 2 min walk to the shared lake access and private boat dock. 2 Kayaks , 1 paddleboard and 18' X 6' floating foam water mat are all provided at no extra charge. We have air conditioners. The backyard has space for yard games and a fire pit.

In Winter, there's snowmobile access from the house(using the lake). Skiing at Saddleback Mtn is only 20 mins away and Sugarloaf is 40 mins.

For year round enjoyment there is a ping pong table, darts, bumper pool, card table, mini air hockey, wii, movies, wifi, netflix, hulu, disney plus, arcade machine with 3,000 games and board games.

Great location! Oquossoc village is only a 3 min drive. There you'll find the marina with boat rentals, tennis courts, Portage tap house and grocery store Downtown Rangeley is only an 10 min drive. There you'll find restaurants, bars, shops, bowling and a brewery.

There is a grill on the deck and the yard is perfect for yard games and a fire.

We have a stocked kitchen including blender, toaster oven, Keurig machine, Nespresso machine and regular coffee maker.

The house is equipped with two exterior security cameras. One on the front of the house and one on the side of the house. No cameras are placed inside, or with any view of the interior of the property
