What a wonderful relaxing oasis!

We were able to both relax and work out in the gym as well as shop nearby and utilize a lot of the wonderful restaurants available to us. The place was as expected and very comfortable and well located in the community as well as in the area / for easy access to shops and restaurants.Owner was extremely helpful!Can’t wait to return.

Great Home, Great Community

Had a wonderful 2 month stay at this property. The home was spacious, well laid out and equipped. Roger is a great owner to work with and we have rented from him on multiple occasions. The community is friendly and has great facilities for golf, tennis & pickleball (membership required). Looking forward to being back here in the future!

Fantastic!

We had a great month and enjoyed our stay in this lovely updated home. Roger was quick to respond when we first arrived and had questions about how the t.v’s work as well requests for cups so we could have a morning coffee, a hairdryer, as well as a couple other kitchen items. The kitchen had most of the basic necessities to prepare meals. The bed was really comfortable and the office/den was great for working remotely.

Great desert vacation in convenient location

Roger is a great host who quickly responded to our questions and helped to provide all the supplies we needed for our stay. The villa was well furnished and beautifully maintained. We enjoyed the pool, tennis and pickle courts and the location in Rancho Mirage was perfect for our needs. We hope to stay there again

Lovely spacious house

We rented for the month of February. The house is in a very friendly country club where golf, tennis, pickleball and bocce ball are very active. We could walk to the neighbourhood pool and hot tub in about two minutes and rarely saw anyone there. The house has a very spacious feeling, and the photos are accurate. The patio has lovely furniture (although no table to eat outside at) and a fire pit that was most welcome during some of the cooler desert evenings. The view from the patio is nice - on the golf course — but no threat of balls landing on the patio 😊) and mountains to the north in the far background. (Actually the best view is from the other side of the house, which is unfortunately where the garage is! That view is spectacular!!) This house apparently wasn’t regularly rented, as the owner himself, Roger, uses it periodically. Roger (who lives out of town) who seems like a great guy, came and met us when we arrived to show us through and was very accommodating— such as immediately going out and buying a hairdryer 😊 (I had noticed there wasn’t one and something like that is bulky to pack — and I’ve always been places on VRBO that are equipped with a hairdryer). There was no bbq, which is unusual in that environment and, at his suggestion (we didn’t ask), he purchased one and the property manager came and set it up. When we noticed a few other things lacking, the property manager, Marcello, was immediately responsive and supplied them. We still had to go buy coffee mugs (puzzling that a house wouldn’t have coffee mugs) and a few other basics, but no big deal. The point is that if anything needed fixing or supplied, the owner and/or property manager were right on top of it, which was much appreciated. This place was extremely comfortable and we would recommend it.
