Our flight was at night and I had a headache with this as a first-time visitor to Varanasi. But this hotel location is very convenient to take away my headache. The staff are ready to help all the time.

The property has below grade parking. I parked my motorcycle there with staff consent. The staff failed to tell me that the parking area floods in rain.
