The property is a two-story townhome style condo with an expansive large open floor plan with a spacious large kitchen, dining area and living room connected to a covered balcony.

One of the smaller bedrooms is on the main floor with a half bath and three additional bedrooms are on the top floor with two full bathrooms. The laundry room is also on the top floor.

There is a one car garage in addition to a parking space in front of the one-car garage. There is additional street parking available.

The front door faces a small courtyard area with green space and eventually a water feature.
Guest access
Guest can use the whole property/condo. There is one locked pantry area that we use for supplies and storage and one locked closet upstairs.

PLEASE READ: This is a two-story townhome style condo on the 3rd and 4th stories with private stairs. Please note there are a lot of stairs, but we think the space is worth it.

Please also note, as this is a new development, there is ongoing construction. With the proximity of this location to downtown Raleigh, there is city noise and some construction noise.
