No hair dye ( or similar) is to be used on the property(an additional fee of $250 depending on the damage caused for additional cleaning
- No parking on grass/shoulders, only in the driveway and inside the garage. Max cars allowed to park is 4 ( 2 inside the garage) and (2 outside)

Host is super quick to respond! The house was lovely and the location made for an easy trip to downtown Raleigh! The back porch was a favorite spot for morning coffee clutches!

The host was VERY responsive, the location was great! There was some wear and tear as well as some modern upgrades. It was spacious and cozy although one of the beds was extremely firm. We enjoyed our staff in a quiet and tucked away established community.

Clean, well furnished home and responsive host

We enjoyed our stay at the property. We found the amenities to be great. Lots of TVs and sitting spaces throughout the house for lounging. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils.

Guys Golf Get Away

This property was perfect for us. The house is situated in a very quiet, safe and aesthetically appealing neighborhood. It has a large private back yard with a screened in deck and an outdoor patio that was great for enjoying Carolina mornings and evenings. The house was spacious, clean and well appointed. Four large bedrooms gave us more than enough space. It is minutes from downtown Raleigh and from a number of great golf courses. The host was quick to respond to our requests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Nicely updated home in beautiful neighborhood. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Screened deck, lots of TV’s. Good for visiting Raleigh for a wedding.

Great host and house!

The house was exactly what we were needing. Comfortable and well stocked, and in a great location. Added bonus was how beautifully decorated it was, with lots of extras. Alok was the perfect host....responsive and kind. We'd recommend it and use if again for sure!

Perfect home base for visiting relatives in the neighborhood

This house was just what my family needed while in the area for a family reunion at my aunt's house, less than a mile away. It's a great peaceful neighborhood, the house has lots of space and my kids appreciated the basketballs and hoop.

Weekend getaway

Beautiful house with beautiful furnishings and updates. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Close to stores and very short drive to downtown Raleigh. Perfect for families. One of the bedrooms had toys that our 3 year old loved. They kept her occupied, which was a plus. The only issue we had was that when we arrived one of the beds was not made, 2 of the beds did not have sheets, and the one bed that did have sheets had hair on it. We soon discovered that the sheets were still wet in the washer. I let the owner know and he responded right away. He did apologize and informed me that the cleaning lady was short staffed and did not have time to finish. He also came over with brand new sheets and put the other sheets in the dryer. I was really impressed by this. I would definitely stay again and I would recommend it to others.
