Best riad Extra and food quiet expensive but place very nice

The staff was good even if there was some difficulty to communicate(French to French). Room was okay, beds were not the most comfortable. Bathroom was discussing, the kitchen walls was white with black stains and the water from the shower was going all over the bathroom. We were not able to get toilet paper from the staff. It would be nice if the pool on the roof was having water in it.

Palais Moulay said was absolutely excellant. We had a great stay. Honestly it was fantastic value for money. Really central to the main medina, literally within minutes you were right in the center. The riad was beautiful...breakfast was exactly what you would hope for, great choice. The staff were amazingly helpful. We couldnt fault it. I have no idea why it has received the negative views that might put you off going. Thank you so much for the best of stays.

We are three women in our 20s who stayed here for four nights. The staff was very very welcoming and respectful. They even served tea and pastries when we checked in and gave us an itinerary for Marrakesh. Although we had a lot of problems from check in to check out. We has problems with our shuttle to the hotel. The driver wasn‘t there and all of a sudden there were two drivers there at the airport. When we tried communicating with the hotel about it over the phone. They just hung up on us. Then when we checked in our room wasn‘t clean. For example the floor was very dirty and sticky. The drain in the shower was broken and we had hairs and stains on the bed sheets. We complained and the staff immediately apologised and said that we can change the room. The new room was fine although the toilet was shaking and felt like it would just fall over if you stand up too fast… And the lights and water weren‘t working for two hours one evening. The breakfast was just not what we imagined. It seemed unhygienic. There was a sick cat throwing up next to our table but the staff didn’t do anything about it. We never came for breakfast again after that morning. At Check Out therer were some mistakes with the bill and they almost overcharged us. So check your bill! Overall we felt safe because the reception is there 24/7 and they were very nice. MAYBE you can’t come to Marrakesh with european hygienic standards and expect the same as in spain and I don‘t mean it in a negative way

Staff are kind & nice, place is walkable to Jmaa El-Fnaa. Only issue is in the dining area, a bit slow in serving the food.
