"Our room was not nice compared to all the other ones. We paid $20 for early check in and they literally gave us the only room that was not updated. It smelled and it was very old and not clean. The other rooms looked nicer so do not stay in room 114. I wish they would have told us before hand the room was not the same as the others because we wouldn’t have done early check in"

"I stepped out of the shower and walked across the room. I went to dry my feet and they were filthy. So I took my towel and mopped the floor and it was black when I was done. Tub faucet was broken and tub was filthy. Bed was like a cheap fold out couch. Made reservations through Expedia and had a refund due. This motel was delaying and making excuses while it wasn’t their responsibility. Finally had to get Expedia to have a chat with them. Went for a coffee in the morning and they were out....

"Property wants pets because they get 30 dollars a night per dog. Spent 3 nights for 180 dollars and the room was never cleaned a definite ripoff for pet owners. Room had dirty floors and the only available room on ground floor was a single king size bed"

"Room was a bit small for four adults. The room only had three bath towels in it, though we reserved for four adults. Breakfast buffet was typical for Holiday Inn Express which means acceptable. Not gourmet, but tasty and filling. Quiet considering the location. Will stay again if we go back to the area and need a hotel."

"The hotel was very smelly and questionable. The rooms were clean but we found lots o spiders in corners and in the bathroom as if the room was cleaned and not booked for a while. My biggest question is what's with the half pillows??? We had to sleep on half sized pillows like not even full size?? I would probably rather spend more and stay at a nicer hotel, but the breakfast was good"

"Location is great. But this is really a two star place if that. They are trying, but there is trash around and non professional construction all over. Its really the price. If it werent 400 a night it could be justified.. It is short staffed and run by one woman who is kinda snobby. Cool land, cabns and buildings. But it wouldn’t take too much to clean up the plan, do some real landscaping and really make it into an oasis. So much potential! We picked up a bunch of trash up by the silver dome...
