We stayed at the Horseshoe Las Vegas from July 17–20, 2026, and overall, we had a great experience! The price was excellent, & the location was perfect. Everything we wanted to do on the Strip was easily accessible. Before our trip, someone reacted with, "The Horseshoe?! Hmm..." when I mentioned where we were staying, so I was honestly expecting the worst. I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel was clean, comfortable, & much nicer than I expected. One tip: Check-in officially starts at 4:00 p.m., but if you arrive early, use one of the self-service kiosks. We arrived around 1:30 p.m. & paid an additional $20 to check in early. It was absolutely worth it! By 4:00 p.m., the regular check-in line was long! We were checked in & headed out to the strip! The hotel also has a lot to offer, including a food court, arcade, bowling alley, & a Monorail stop, which made getting around very convenient. Another pleasant surprise was the taxi service. We never had to wait for a cab, no matter where we were. Rideshare lines were long & crowded. Taking a taxi ended up being easier and faster! My only disappointment was housekeeping. I requested daily room cleaning, but our room was only serviced once during our stay—on Sunday. It all worked out in the end, but I would have preferred more consistent housekeeping service. Overall, I would definitely stay at the Horseshoe again. It offered a great value, a fantastic location, & exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again!

The checking in was the worst part such a hassle aside from that it was nice

My experience was good overall. I have a few minor hiccups which let me to talk to some of the the front desk staff and manager, which were very accommodated, and tried to fix the problem as best they could. Overall beautiful hotel and what's day again.
