The sleeping area consists of an air-conditioned double bedroom and a second versatile bedroom that can accommodate two or three guests, making it an excellent choice for larger families. The modern bathroom is fitted with a shower enclosure.
Outside, a spacious veranda invites guests to relax, while the private, well-maintained garden is the perfect place to enjoy a barbecue using the grill provided. The property also offers essential amenities such as air conditioning in the master bedroom, Wi-Fi connection, TV, washing machine, and a private parking space within the property.

For check-in and check-out outside the above-mentioned hours, upon the guest's request and subject to prior approval, the following additional charges apply:

Check-in after 8:30 PM and until 10:00 PM: €30.00.
Check-in from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight): €50.00.
Check-in from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM: €100.00.

For early check-out, upon the guest's request and subject to prior approval, from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, an additional fee of €30.00 applies.

City Tax: We remind you that at check-in you might have to pay the tourist city tax, according to the season
