Villa Carrino is located in the countryside of Melissano, a small village in the lower Salento, in the province of Lecce. Surrounded by a fenced garden with lawn and palm trees, the property boasts a large covered patio, furnished with dining table and barbecue, perfect for alfresco lunches/dinners.

Among the outdoor spaces you will find a private pool, with a rounded shape (13 x 6.5 m, depth from 80 to 200 cm), open from the beginning of May to the end of October, and equipped with sun loungers and outdoor shower.

Moreover at guests' disposal a private parking (2 covered and 10 uncovered parking spaces) and a table football, for the entertainment of adults and children.

Internal Description

Villa Carrino is spread over 2 floors: ground floor (with a few steps that create differences in level between the rooms) and mezzanine. The property can accommodate up to 8 people, has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Internet Wifi and air conditioning are included. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. 2 high chairs and 1 camping cot are available on request. Pets are allowed on request.

Ground floor: Once you enter, you will find a sofa, and then a spacious living area, furnished with: dining table, tv, fireplace and a second sofa. The living area has direct access to the outdoor patio. Following is a laundry room (with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board) and a fully equipped kitchen with: hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine.

The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms.

There are also 3 bathrooms (including two ensuites) divided as follows: 2 with shower and 1 with shower and hot tub.

Mezzanine: In the mezzanine you will find 1 double bedroom.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; use of the hot tub.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (200.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
