"Breakfast Food quality needs to improve"

"the rooms are clean, service is good."

"Rude staff. Booked the room with breakfast and they never gave me breakfast. When i asked them they said the chef is not here sorry!"

"In catering to and expecting international travelers, I would expect a hotel to have electric points adaptable for US plugs. Only certain rooms have it, many others don't. The sizes of the rooms are very small, a queen deluxe room barely has space for 2 persons to keep their bags and squeeze around. There was leakage in many parts of the hotel, including rooms. "Everything was good. Would recommend to anyone"

"Ducha fatal"

"Compact clean rooms. Courteous and polite staff. Amazing food at in-house restaurant. IRD experience was very good and food preparation and presentation were very nice. Overall, a wonderful stay at this property. A thumbs up if travelling with family or solo. Located near railway station makes it perfectly located. 4.5/5"
