"Easy and friendly check-in. I believe the owner was always available should he be needed. Had a 2 queen bed room. Quite spacious, good sized fridge and of course coffee maker, microwave etc. Nice Neutrogena soaps provided, and shower water pressure was very good! Everything was really clean...the floor however needed attention. Probably needing to change out mop water more frequently. "It is a fairly well maintained inn, quiet, with an appropriate continental breakfast. Good coffee. There is a lovely diner seconds away within the same compound that serves an excellent breakfast"

"Reported the Ceiling fire alarm was flashing way to bright at night when it dark at with curtains drawn. So could not sleep. The fix I discovered was to open the Window Curtains so that the Car Park lights reduced the flashing of the Ceiling light Fire alarm to an acceptable faint flashing light so that I could get to sleep. I reported the issue to the heavy set older lady with silver or gold or stainless steel glasses (poss the Asst Manager?)at the front desk that morning after 10 AM and she...

"The hotel is obviously a low cost hotel, but it is in dire need of updating. Hallway carpets were pretty gross looking and the room didn’t even have a closet (it had a door for a closet, but only a pipe inside the door with nothing to hang clothes on). Lights would flicker and come on slowly when you’d turn the switch on. The AC worked but not very well. But it’s quiet and cheap, sufficed for a quick overnight stay for a wedding."

"The staff at front desk were rude! I have been trying to get in touch with a supervisor from this property for over a week now! I paid the full bill for the stay in Expedia and Fairfield Auburn charged me AGAIN for the room and is now refusing to refund my money. On top of all of that, Expedia is refusing to assist. I will NEVER use Expedia and and I will NEVER stay at another Fairfield Inn. Your customer service is pathetic."
