The Space

A three-bedroom home set over multiple levels. The living areas look out to view over the lake and the Remarks.

The layout flows from entry on middle level with kitchen, dining and two living areas, then downstairs contains two bedrooms, bathroom and laundry, then upstairs contains two bedrooms including master with ensuite.

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms, with view over the lake and the Remarks.

Bathrooms: Two bathrooms. Main bathroom has shower over bathtub. Ensuite has a standing shower only.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, underfloor heating.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge freezer, beko oven, beckel stovetop, sheffield microwave, dishwasher, pod coffee machine.

Balcony: There is a balcony off the kitchen and living room and a patio off the other living room. Downstairs, both bedrooms have exits outside and a patio, with no seating.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.

The neighbourhood is wonderful, you'll be a 4-minute drive from Lake Wakatipu and 6 minutes from Queenstown Gardens. This home is 11.8 mi (18.9 km) from Coronet Peak Ski Area and 2.5 mi (4 km) from Skyline Gondola.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: internal and external: Multiple internal and external staircases

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (250 Litres) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 8 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
