The property features timber floors and quality furnishings throughout. It has three attractive bedrooms; two with queen beds and one with two singles and two trundles. Also two toilets and one bathroom.
There are two living areas. The first is a cosy central lounge room and the second faces the rear garden. The kitchen/dining area opens onto a large deck and overlooks the lovely fernery.
This home offers clean and efficient hydronic heating and air conditioning; providing year round comfort.
Other features include 2 TV's, Netflix, CD player, ipod dock, 2 DVD players, porta cot with extra mattress, high chair, gas cooking, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, outdoor shower, outdoor umbrella, gas BBQ, and outdoor settings. Seating is located at various outside locations for guests to sit and enjoy the pretty cottage gardens. Doonas with covers, pillows and pillow cases are provided. Sheets, bath and beach towels are an additional cost of $25 per person or you can B.Y.O. Please notify us when booking.
Pantry stocked with essentials and there are plenty of DVD's, games, toys, magazines and books to keep everyone entertained.
Well behaved dogs welcome inside or outside in the fully enclosed back & front yards. Two kennels, two baskets and bowls provided for dogs.

A $200 security bond applies which will be refunded within 7 days after check out if property is left in a satisfactory standard and there is no damage.
Children& dogs must be under adult supervision at all times.
No schoolies.
Special permission is required to bring more than two dogs.
The open fireplace is not available for use however there is efficient hydronic heating throughout the house.
There is to be no smoking on property.
