As you enter our home, you will immediately feel at ease with the spacious and inviting layout. Our large gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, with marble countertops and updated appliances, perfect for cooking up a storm or simply enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. The main floor family room is a cozy retreat, with plush furniture surrounding an inviting gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a busy day.
The primary suite on the main floor is a true oasis, with an ensuite bathroom providing ultimate privacy and relaxation. The second family room upstairs is an excellent place for the kids to separate and enjoy a movie night or games. Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. A full bathroom on the second floor provides convenience and comfort for all guests. Our large private yard is perfect for enjoying those long summer days and evenings, with plenty of space to kick a ball around, have a B.B.Q., or sit and relax with a good book. Moving to the left of the kitchen, you will discover the luxurious primary suite, filled with plush and comfortable furnishings. With an ensuite with his and her sinks and an impressive walk-in closet, the primary suite is perfect for unwinding and relaxing after a long day. Continuing through the dining area, you will find a well-appointed living room with vaulted ceilings, comfortable furniture, and a central gas fireplace that creates the perfect cozy ambiance. There is also a flat-screen T.V. for movie nights or catching up on your favorite programs.
Heading upstairs, you will be greeted by the sleeping quarters and an additional family room, perfect for entertaining the kids. To the right of the stairs is a twin bedroom complete with two twin beds, a flat-screen T.V., and all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The second family room is adjacent to the twin room and boasts ample natural light, a mini-split to regulate temperature, and a large wall-mounted T.V. Across the hall, you will find the second full bathroom, complete with a shower/tub combo. Finally, the third bedroom upstairs boasts a plush queen bed and is filled with natural light that streams through the large windows. With all the amenities and space you need for a memorable and comfortable stay, this retreat is the perfect place to unwind and create unforgettable memories.
