This Victorian house comfortably sleeps 12 in 5 bedrooms **please see bedroom allocations 2 bedrooms have bunks** and is ideal for families. The house is tastefully furnished and has ample room for all the family to enjoy. It has a secure south facing garden and off street parking for three cars. Linen is included in the price but we ask you to bring your own towels. The Beach Hut is on the main beach - contact the owner if you want to enquire/rent it.

Fantastic experience! The rooms was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the location was very convenient for exploring the city. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free stay. We were a group of 10 and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and kids loved it.

Easy and lots of parking. A beautiful house that feels like a big hug. Warm, clean, comfortable and good quality furnishings, comfortable beds. Clearly been considered by the owners to provide all comforts of home, nice blankets here and there, artwork, squishy cushions, candles. Very well equipped kitchen.

Our holiday house was the perfect venue for a family break in lovely Abersoch. The property was warm and spacious, very well equipped - particularly the kitchen - and comfortable with plenty of room for us to relax. The house was also ideally placed to enjoy everything Abersoch has to offer; close to shops and restaurants and that glorious beach. Indeed, we all agreed that returning for a longer stay was definitely on the cards! Highly recommended.

Lovely house and great communication with owner and the lovely lady who was looking after the house. The only problem that we had was the heating. Arrived Friday night and house was freezing. Contacted the housekeeper and was told that will be switched on from phone and should take up to half and hour to heat. One hour later had to contact again as the heating was not on, and mentioned that we have 6 kids with ages 2-6. Was switched on for a couple of hours and Saturday morning was freezing again. Heating was turned on later that day again for a couple of hours in the morning and couple of hours again at night time. Even we were mentioning the heating during out stay at no point were told that if we want heat during the day we should pay extra(would’ve been happy to do it, rather that spending money on kids medication) As an advice would be to mention the extra payment for the heating and also to remove the note that says that during Sunday check out can be done at any time.

Such a beautiful well appointed house to spend time in. Plenty of space for everyone, warm comfy clean and quiet. A perfect location for dining and walking on the beach.We did not spend time outdoors , but the garden, patio and outdoor shower would be perfect for a summer autumn holiday. Fabulous weekend with extended family. Property is great for hosting with lots of space both inside and in the garden area. Parking for multiple vehicles and easy access to the beautiful beach and town area Weather has been fantastic.We love this house!

Fantastic Accommodation

Gwynfa is a great property. Perfect for families. Its in a great location, close to the beach and shops/restaurants. This is now our 5th stay and have already booked our next visit. The hosts keep in contact with you and provide updates / reminders of check in / check out times etc.

Gorgeous Yellow House in the centre of Abersoch

A superbly decorated & extremely clean holiday accomodation with an abundance of home from home necessities. Ideally located for all that Abersoch has to offer.If ever this property ever gets to be available again, over the Easter period, we shall definitely like to return. Lovely spring break

Great house for sharing a break with friends. Plenty of space and great outside seating area which we used a lot due to the lovely weather. Really close to lovely beach, harbour and shops and restaurants.

Perfect family house

The house was amazing with everything you would need for a family of 8 & a small dog. The garden space had lots of areas to sit, relax & play. Location to the beach & Abersoch village made it ideal for everyone. It was a bit chilly on the first night but a quick call to the manager soon solved the issue and we were toasty warm in the cool evenings. We were totally spoilt with the weather - not a cloud in the sky every day of our long weekend - we’ve all come home with a ‘tan’. Thank you so much for letting us stay.

Perfect family Christmas

This was our 3rd stay at the property, we wanted to suprise the kids by having a Christmas with our extended family. The house was perfect as usual, it was fully decoratedfor Christmas and included a Christmas tree, the little ones thought it was magical and could believe Santa knew where we were. House was clean and fully equipped with all the utensils and bits and bobs you would possibly need to make a big family dinner and have a comfortable stay, making it easy to spend time together as a group and also have a little alone time when needed. We went on lots of little walks around the town, the weather was misty but that didn't stop some of our party going in to the sea for a swim and wandering around taking in the views. We loved our special Christmas trip this year as we normally do an early year visit to the house and the kids were very sad when we didn't go earlier in the year. We love coming to this house, it's warm and cosy and comfortable, everything you need and in a perfect location,

Fantastic stay!

What an amazing house! Perfect for a large family in terms of the space and layout and really well catered for. The photos don’t do it justice. It’s in a wonderful central location as well so easy access to everything. We would definitely book again soon.
