Trullo with private pool for 8 people

Borgo La Rosa is located just outside the city of Putignano, along the road that leads to the beautiful Alberobello, in the wonderful Valle d'Itria.
It is divided by an ancient body and a newly built part, communicating with each other, but divisible according to needs.
All the internal spaces have been furnished with elegance and sobriety, with a mix of modern elements and references to the rural tradition of the places.

Outside, in extensive land cultivated with almond, cherry and fruit trees, there is a large lawn with swimming pool and pergola.

Internal spaces

The oldest body of approximately 60 square meters is made up of four rooms: a lamia used as a living area, furnished with a dining table, sofa, TV and stone fireplace, mezzanine with kingsize double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm and memory foam mattress with pillows of different heights, as well as a single bed; a trullo with a 160 x 200 cm sofa bed and cellar fridge; a kitchen furnished with fridge, oven, microwave oven, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, citrus juicer and toast plate, complete with pots and cooking accessories; a bathroom with shower and two-seater tub with hydromassage, for a total of 4 + 1 beds.

A newly built body, communicating with the first, of 35 square metres, with a double bed measuring 200 x 160 cm and a memory foam mattress, with pillows of different heights, and a single bed, furnished with a fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle and bathroom with shower, for a total of 2 + 1 beds.

Overall, the entire combined structure can sleep 6 + 2 people.

The homes with existing cooling and heating systems have been renovated and built in compliance with the most recent energy efficiency principles, which isolate them from the heat in summer and from the cold in winter, making the rooms always comfortable in any season.

Outdoor spaces

Outside the houses, immersed in a countryside cultivated with almond, cherry and fruit trees, you can enjoy a space of over 600 square meters in size, of which 300 square meters of lawn, with swimming pool and pergola, as well with a large private car park, equipped with a charging station for electric cars.

The swimming pool for exclusive use

The private swimming pool, Castiglione branded, is 4 m x 10 m in size.
The water is sanitized by lightly salting it, a method that makes its use more pleasant, without chemical products, significantly reducing the annoying smell of chlorine.
The water can be heated up to a temperature of 38 degrees (on request upon payment of €30 per day), thus giving the possibility of enjoying the pool even in the cooler seasons.
The swimming pool is furnished with sun loungers with towels supplied, tables and umbrellas.

The pergola

Next to the swimming pool there is a 32 square meter masonry and wood pergola, furnished with a sofa, armchair and tables, which offers shade and comfort during the hottest hours and an ideal place in the evening where you can drink and eat in company.
Under the pergola there is a masonry bar counter, with sink, induction hob and display fridge.
It is equipped with speakers to which you can connect your sound devices and listen to your favorite music.
Behind the pergola there is a shower with hot water.
