Perfection!

The condo was amazing! Modern and clean, warm and inviting. There are so many things to do and see, the people are all friendly and helpful . The owners couldn’t be nicer, Susan gave us so many ideas on things to do and was always available to help us with anything we needed We can’t wait to go back … tbe best place in Florida!!!

Moving

We were closing on our build house, and staying just a few streets away made things much easier for us. Loved walking the dogs around the marina, just on the other side of the building, and even saw Dolphins and manatees. Cass Cay Restaurant was great too and nearby.

Wonderful Condo - Fantastic Location!

Highly recommend this property - lovely condo, incredibly safe and secure gated community, beautiful location right on a stunning marina. The owners are great and very, very helpful. You have everything you could possibly need available to you. 100% recommend - (forgot the best part, absolutely everyone who resides or works at condo complex is so incredibly nice and helpful. You will want to move there permanently)! Run, don’t walk, to rent this property.

This was a perfect, convenient location for my husband & I to visit friends in Burnt Store Marina. The condo was just right for us and had everything we needed. You can’t go wrong with the location. Susan Vrancic made us feel welcomed and reached out to us with information, and she was readily available if needed.

First time staying in a condo...trying to see if it is a good fit for us retired folks. Used the bikes provided, the pool is fantastic, walked around the marina viewing boats and manatees. Lovely property.

Great potential, with a few issues

This property has great potential and the owners quickly responded to our questions, but there were a few issues with the property. I reported these issues to the owner and she said they planned to address them. Here's my list: 1. The foam mattress topper in the master bedroom was quite soft; so soft that we couldn't sleep well and became so tired that we cut our stay short by 5 nights. 2. There was a very strong and unpleasant odor inside the drawers and cabinet of the kitchen island. 3. The living room shade did not work, so I had to climb up a step stool twice each day to open and close it. 4. We killed two roaches in the master bathroom. We suspect the roaches and other cleanliness issues probably are related to the quality of the housekeeping service in these days of Covid, rather than having anything to do with the owners. If the listed issues are remediated, this will be a nice condo in a very pleasant area. We enjoyed our walks around the marina and saw multiple manatees swimming around the docked boats each day.

Condo vacation

For my husband and myself it was the first time staying on the west side of Florida, we decided on Punta Gorda and the area did not disappoint. The condo was exactly as written and ideal area. The owner sent via email a welcome letter which included things to do as well as places to see which turned out great as we set out on our adventure in this area all recommendations were enjoyed. We would not hesitate to contact owner for a return visit.

Fantastic place!

We were in town for a surprise party for a friend. Location was perfect, nice clean condo! Love the pool and location was perfect for run to Ft. Myers, Punta Gorda etc. Susan was SO quick to respond if I had any questions. There were just the 2 of us so we each had our own bedroom/bathroom which was great! You could do 2 couples here very easily also. We would totally stay here again the next time we visit the area!

Susan's place was perfect for our family of 3! It had a great parking lot location making loading and unloading super easy! The walk to the docks was probably the closest walk for a condo on the parking lot side. Overall, a great stay!

Beautiful Marina living!

We had an excellent, relaxing time at this beautiful marina. The condo was pleasant and well stocked. We chose this location to serve as our base camp for looking for a permanent home in the area. Susan was great to work with and gave us some good input on a realtor to help with our needs. We chose Susan's condo because it was located on the ground floor which was convenient to be able to take our dog out. Burnt Store marina is a great place to relax and meet some great people. Cass Cay restaurant was a great place as well (on property) to hang out for drinks and food. The marina was just around the corner from our condo and we enjoyed walking it and admiring all the boats. We hope to be back in the near future as a permanent resident to the area! Thanks Susan for all your help!

Great Getaway

Cute little Condo.

Susan and her husband are the sweetest people. Very helpful, they let you know you can call them or Beverly at any time for anything. My 4 year old granddaughter came for a couple of days and stole the hearts of Many at Cas Cay Restaurant on Karaoke night. We had fun ❤️
