Beautiful Home

The house is beautiful with an amazing view! Beautifully furnished, beds were very comfortable, excellent communication, kitchen has everything you need, plenty of towels for the pool & shower, even had fishing gear, canoes, bikes & other thing's, a very detailed book on all of the amenities the house has & how to work everything, the host has thought of everything you would need!!! Thank you for such an amazing stay!!

Beautiful Punta Gorda

The home was lovely! Beautifully decorated, The pool was clean, and heated. Very close to airport, shopping, attractions and short drive to beaches. Host Tony was alway available for questions we had. We would definitely return to this wonderful home!

Me and my two boys had a great quick get away. Owner was very accommodating with our travel plans and the house was awesome. Very clean, well stocked and the extras (fishing poles, kayaks, beach supplies) were a great bonus. Pool/grill area is great and has all day sun.

Perfect location, beautiful home, warm pool, and stunning water view. We enjoyed having access to the bikes and kayaks as well. Wish the outdoor table that was shown in the pics was still there. Other than that everything was fantastic and would highly recommend.

Spotless, well-appointed, spacious home with beautiful views!

This is our second stay in this wonderful house, and I hope we can return next year! The house was spotless when we arrived, cleanest home we’ve ever rented, and Troy was the most prompt and responsive host we’ve encountered in all our rentals (we’ve rented many). Love the layout of this home and the views of the canal and sunsets are unmatched! We enjoyed sitting around the pool, some under the very convenient awnings, and others basked in the sun. We biked/ran/walked the lovely and safe neighborhood often, and Publix and other stores are close enough to walk, if you wanted. I have nothing but positive things to say and loved every minute of our vacation!

House Hunting

My wife and I live in Myrtle beach. We came down to Fort Myers / Punta Gorda area looking to purchase a second home. This location worked well for us since Burnt store was in the middle. So this was more of a work trip than a vacation. The owner was great to work with. Very clean waterfront house.

Amazing home!

This home was amazing! Stunning location, beautifully furnished. Very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Immaculately clean. The pool was a real bonus with plenty of towels and toys for the kids. I have rented many vacation homes over the years and this was by far the best!

Perfect Getaway

We spent 3 nights in this beautiful property. Not only was it immaculate, but was very well appointed. The home had everything we needed. I would absolutely reserve it again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet neighborhood . The canal view was lovely. The host communicated quickly and effectively. A true gem!

Perfect Getaway

This home is a gem! It is actually bigger than the pictures portrayed. My family and I were able to relax and enjoy the view. My 15 yr old daughter said that it “slayed hardcore “ ie. …it was amazing! Comfortable and quiet! It had everything we needed for a perfect week!!

Perfect Get-Away!

This home is beautiful, clean and loaded with considerate extras. Comfy beds and linens. The pool area is a perfect place to hang out. Pool floats/towels, bikes/helmets, fishing gear are all included. Big TV to watch movies at night. Troy has a detailed book with info about the house and great recommendations for things to do in the area. If you are looking for a place to stay in Punta Gorda, then book this house now! Troy was easy to work with and I would stay here again. A stress-free vacation!

Beautiful peaceful home

Wonderful place to stay. Even though it rained most of our time we made the best of it. This home is convenient to just about any where you want to go or just sit out in the back it was peaceful and relaxing
