We were welcomed by the house staff even though we arrived early while they were still cleaning. I wish we would have been warned that we needed cash for the airport transportation as well as for paying for extra meals. This posed issues for us securing the necessary money. Marcos did not answer all questions asked through email, but he did stop by.

Our dream vacation!

This was hands down one of the best vacations we have ever been on. The house is AMAZING, the pictures don’t even do it justice for how gorgeous it is. The views are spectacular and it’s a short walk down a private path to the beach. The house staff is unbelievable- they cooked us the most delicious meals, snacks, margaritas, and we’re so welcoming and friendly. Marco, the property manager, was incredibly helpful leading up to our stay, helping to coordinate transportation for us, grocery stocking, and recommendations for activities (including coordinating masseuses to come to the house). We cannot recommend this home enough and are already planning when we can come back. Thank you to the entire Casa Pacifico team!

There are not enough stars for this home and its staff

Casa Pacifico is stunning - the photos cannot do it justice. The beach is quiet and peaceful, with lively surf spots and a hotel within walking distance for those who want it. That would be enough to give this home five stars, but it is truly the staff and the house manager who make it a paradise. The manager was so proactive and attentive, ensuring we were completely set up for our stay. And the staff were beyond kind - they made us feel so comfortable and took care of our every need before we even thought of it. And the food! The chef who provides breakfast and lunch daily is supreme. Her food was absolutely delicious, and she attended to the two dietary needs that our group had with such care and thoughtfulness. We cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was!

Better than any resort

Our stay was amazing. The perfect place to celebrate as a family. The staff and meals were outstanding. The house is very comfortable for large groups. And the nearby surfing was also great!

Amazing vacation

Incredible House & Fantastic Staff!

This house was truly incredible - from the view to the pool to the furniture and the bedrooms. The staff -- Pedro, Cinthia, and Christina - were amazing and definitely the highlight of our trip. They prepared delicious meals, kept the house sparking clean, and were so helpful with arranging transportation and answering our questions. We had 4 children and they were so accommodating with meals, and even picked up a pinata for us for one of the kids' birthdays. We'll definitely be coming back!

Nice Place

It’s an awesome house just needs upgrades on some doors. The cleaning lady was very respectful and hardworking. The couple in charge of the breakfast could be more polite but other than that, its an amazing experience!

Insanely Beautiful and Relaxing Villa

We could not have asked for a better place to celebrate our husband’s birthday with friends! The Villa is absolutely stunning, fantastic location right next to beach, delicious food prepared daily by the wonderful Bersa (with help from Ramiro!), and serene setting and furnishings to relax in. We did not want to leave the pool and its wonderful views of the ocean - and the comfy lounge chairs. We all agree we are coming back as soon as we can - on our own with our families, and with friends. It was so easy to communicate with Marco leading up to our trip and while we were there - he answered all our questions and helped arrange anything we needed. Ana took excellent care of the space - cleaning stealthy while we were out whiting the sun, Ramiro does a great job at taking care of the surroundings and fixing anything needed, and Bersas food made it so we didn’t even want to leave the house for anything! We cannot wait to come back!

Super Casa

We did not expect such fabulous food served up by Bersa & her husband Ramiro. The house is very clean, primarily due to the constant cleaning of Ana who was here every day. We have stayed in houses in Florida, South Carolina & Mexico, and this house was the best, primarily due to the staff that made us feel like royalty. Having 3 King beds in 5 bedrooms, all en suite, with a pool overlooking the Bay of Banderas with mountains behind the water made this a near perfect Spring Break.

A Wonderful Place to Relax

We absolutely loved staying at Casa Pacifico. Right as you enter the home you're treated to a wonderful sweeping view of the ocean and you can feel the ocean breeze. The house has an excellent indoor/outdoor design so you can be inside taking a break from the sun but you still feel like you're outside. The pool area is fantastic, great way to spend some time relaxing and then hopping in for a swim when you get too hot. If you're done with the pool you can walk downhill for about a minute from the house and you're on a beautiful beach. We found the location to be great as you are a short drive to Punta de Mita one way and a short drive to Bucerias the other way, both towns are a lot of fun with great restaurants. Bersa, the chef, is a wonderful woman who is an excellent cook. We had some absolutely fantastic meals. Marco the property manager was very nice and helpful. All in all it was an excellent place to spend time at and we will definitely book it again.

We could not have asked for a better stay at Casa Pacifico. It was the best! Bersa and Ramiro were just charming, and kind, and so helpful. We loved spending our days there. What a great time at the beach!

The house was amazing. Bersa and the rest of the staff were incredible. We spent our days lounging on the pool deck, eating fresh guac, drinking margaritas, and watching whales breach off shore. What could be better? Everyone in our group had an incredible time.

Would be this vacation over and over!

I cannot say enough great things about Casa Pacifico, Marco, Bersa and Ramiro! Our entire trip (including prep with Marco) was an absolute dream. We were celebrating 40th birthdays with a group of 9 women. The photos do not do this property justice - my jaw was on the floor when we walked in. Our meals were an absolute highlight of the trip. Anything we wanted/needed was available -- easy airport transportation, meal planning, cocktails, groceries, fresh towels each day for the pool, easy beach access, flawless daily cleaning. I cannot thank the Casa Pacifico family enough. I truly cannot wait to book our next trip! All the best, Angela

A Place of Paradise

Our family spent a week at Casa Pacifico and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Bersa, Romero and Anna took such wonderful care of us. We ate like kings and queens thanks to Bersa's excellent cooking and awoke every morning to fresh squeezed orange juice made by Romero. The house was everything we could have askd for and we spent many lazy days laying by the pool and working on puzzles. When we weren't doing that, we spent the days walking on the beautiful beach just about a block from the house. It was a wonderful way to escape the cold and dreary winter back in the States.

Phenomenal

Better than expected. We had two babies with us and my 88 year old grandmother, 11 of us in total. There was ample space for us all and good social areas for everyone to spend time in. The beach was super accessible and the pool was perfect. Meals were delicious, better than the food you get in most restaurants. Daily cleaning made for a beautifully clean home the whole time. We were beyond take care of by all of the staff. Marco the host even went above and beyond and sent our baby monitor all the way back to Canada for us when we forgot it. Also, SO MANY WHALE SPOTTINGS! It was such a lovely surprise, we spotted at least 10 whales every day!

Fabulous!!!

We were 8 adults and 5 kids from infant to 7. The house was a great fit for all of us, with plenty of bedroom separation. The pictures don't do justice to this incredible property. Not only were we fortunate to have Bersa and Ramiro who provided delicious food and drink, but Anita cleaned the entire house every day. We seriously had our own resort. The neighborhood was amazing. There was a lovely cobblestone bath down to the beach. We had hoped to boogie board...but there are sea urchins and coral which made it difficult for the little kids but they were happy playing in the sand and taking walks and collecting shells. Most days we had the beach to ourselves. The owners are in the process of selling this remarkable property. The new owners will continue to rent along with keeping the fabulous staff. Ramiro even picked us up a pinata with candy. So much fun for everyone! We looked all over Mexico, Costa Rica and Hawaii to find the perfect spot to celebrate our 50th anniversary with all of our kids and grandkids. We couldn't have been happier than at Casa Pacifica.

WONDERFUL FAMILY VACATION

We visited Casa Pacifico for two weeks in August with both friends and family. The communication with owner Bruce was excellent. The house and pool are beautiful and very close to the beach and a nice surf break that my son enjoyed every day. The view from the pool was fabulous. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Bersa made delicious homemade meals and Ramiro made terrific margaritas. The property manager, Marco, was extremely helpful in several matters and very accommodating. Our only small issue was that the staff insisted on pesos for all grocery reimbursement. It would have been much easier if they accepted dollars or reimbursement through Venmo or Apple pay as we did not have a car and finding a trustworthy place to change money was difficult. Aside from that, we truly enjoyed our stay!
