Perfect for Family Vacations or just a luxurious relax get away trip, accommodate two families up to 12 persons in this 4,966 sq. ft. Beautiful 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms Condo, with a TV room, central A/C, very spacious living room, very large terraces nicely decorated with BBQ grill.

The Master Bedroom has King size bed, sofa, flat HD TV, walk-in closet, separated shower and Jacuzzi and beautiful view of the ocean. The bedrooms 2 & 3 each one has two queen size beds and his own bathroom. Bedroom 4 with a king size bed, flat TV, and bathroom with shower.

This Luxurious condo has a TV room with satellite subscription, a very large living room with dinning table to seat up to 12 persons or you can enjoy having breakfast or a nice dinner watching the sun set at the table in the terrace, Full equipped kitchen with premium brand appliances, wifi.

Located in the nicest Beach of Punta Mita area you will enjoy swimming in the ocean or in the pool. This Beach front condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and the Marietas Islands and also of the Jungle.

Daily Cleaned service, Concierge Service to help you with all your need from reservations for daily trips, Golf, fishing, surfing, kite, jungle excursion or just book a massage, help you with your groceries. Walk to access to the restaurantes at the W hotel next to the resort. We love Los veneros and have been there 5 times now. This trip was our favorite room layout and easily could have fit another family with us. The outdoor patio is perfect and breakfasts were amazing thanks to Brenda. We will be coming back!

This is the third time we have stayed in this unit at Los Veneros. The team who books your stay and serve as concierge throughout your visit are excellent with response time and are very helpful! This particular unit is beautifully appointed, with really nice dedicated areas within the open floor plan. We would enjoy breakfast and coffee on the large patio at the table, dinner at the dining table in the living room, and a movie in the dedicated TV room at the end of the day on the large couch. The pools are gorgeous and the beach restaurant is excellent. Quiet, swimmable beach and two pools to choose from. We will be back!

Perfect for Relaxation with Friends or Family

Lovely property, clean and accessible. Food was good, provisions were done exactly. The only complaint was we needed soap in the bathrooms and new pillows might be a good purchase. Old ones are kind of lumpy. There was hand soap, but we had to buy it for the showers. Otherwise, everything was excellent. Perfect.

My favorite unit

As repeat visitors at Los Veneros, I have stayed in three different units on this property and this is our favorite. Plenty of space and really nicely appointed, we love this apartment. Wendolin is excellent at communication and helps with the entirety of our stay. The small restaurant on the property is excellent and the little store helps fill in the gaps after we go through our groceries. While not in the building on the water, we like the view from this apartment the best with the trees and gardens framing the ocean, and we can still hear the waves from the spacious balcony. We can’t wait to return!

Perfect Beach Get Away

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is amazing with plenty of room for everyone. The staff is incredible. Brenda made the best breakfast and lunch for us. wendolin helped us with our reservations and transportation. Everything was amazing and we will definitely be back.

Large Beautiful View

The apartment was very nice with beautiful views and well decorated. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. The balcony is huge. It was very close to W to walk over for meals. Wendolin and Brenda provided excellent service. Brenda cooked a delicious breakfast in the unit for us one day. We even left a toy and they were able to find it and get it to us.

Perfect

We absolutely LOVED staying here. It is a side unit, so feels very private, with windows on the side with a view of the trees and a fantastic view of the pool and ocean from the huge balcony. The unit was immaculate but warm and inviting at the same time. The concierge was incredibly helpful and responsive, and the daily staff was so kind and helpful too. We had her cook breakfast for 3 of the mornings, and it was absolutely delicious. This is an unbelievable find

Great stay

We had an amazing time here. The place is big, clean, and has nice appliances/furniture. Compared to other places within the same condo complex, I think this is a great value. It’s got an ocean view, you can hear the waves, and it’s an easy walk to the sand. We would definitely rent this place again.

Beautiful stay

This condo exceeded expectations in every way. The pools and beach were perfect for two families with small kids, the space was really large and well appointed and it was great having daily cleaning and food prepared for a small fee. We loved it, so picturesque and truly a special week!

Absolutely Fantastic!

We reserved this spot or a girls weekend and it could not have been more perfect. We had exceptional food with our in unit chef, allowing us to fully relax. The pool was beautifully maintained and a perfect location to the beach and the nearby W hotel. Everyone of us was clamoring to reserve it agian!

Amazingly perfect

We didn’t know what to expect but everything was great! Location was more than convenient and so close to the beach. The highlight was the access to the W hotel restaurants and bar. We had full days with the kids and enjoyed adult time at the W at night. The house had everything we needed and having someone clean it everyday was a plus. Highly recommend it. Note, make sure you get all the checking instructions before your departure. Interested is slow and we had a few hiccups just finding the place.

Great stay

We stayed 10 nights and I recommend this property. It was clean and beautifully furnished. Minor issues with a broken television and broken drawers, however the concierge quickly communicated with us to try to resolve the issue. Great location with an easy access to the pools and the ocean. Brenda, our cook was amazing and her authentic Mexican breakfasts and lunches were one of the highlights of our trip.

Great Property!

Great experience! Great property with lots of space for one or multiple families. Our concierge (Wedonlin) was awesome and took care of everything that we asked for. We used the cook service (w/Brenda) twice for breakfast/brunch which was great. We also used the chef service (with Chef Paul Colin) for a stay in mean one evening and that was superb as well. The only things that I will say is that you are only supposed to use the pool associated with your building even though there is only bar service at the Pacifico pool. Also, even though there are paths leading to the W from Veneros, while you are allowed to go to the W restaurants without a surcharge or minimum you do have to pay a minimum charge (which they apply to your food and beverage bill) to utilize the W pool. This includes children.
