The apartment is thoughtfully furnished and features a two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living area, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and everything you need to feel at home. Guests can also enjoy community amenities such as a swimming pool, secure parking, and 24-hour security (where available).

Canas del Este, Punta Cana, is conveniently located just a short drive from beautiful white-sand beaches, Punta Cana International Airport, supermarkets, restaurants, shopping centers, 20 golf courses, and popular attractions. It's an excellent base for exploring everything Punta Cana has to offer while enjoying the comfort of a quiet residential neighborhood.

***As part of our check-in process and to comply with building/security requirements, all listed guests MUST send a clear photo of a valid government-issued ID three days before check-in.

****No Visitors Staying Over Policy****

For the safety, security, and comfort of everyone, ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS LISTED on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight on the property, not the visiting guest.

Visitors or unregistered guests are NOT allowed overnight. If additional guests will be staying, they must be added to the reservation and approved before arrival.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund, as permitted by Airbnb’s policies.
