ALL GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED A US$400.00 SECURITY DEPOSIT. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED 2 DAYS AFTER CHECK-OUT IF ALL BILLS HAVE BEEN PAID AND THERE ARE NO DAMAGES OR MISSING ITEMS FROM THE APARTMENT.
