A SHORT DRIVE TO SO MUCH MORE! Just a short 4-minute drive to the Cocotal Championship golf course. The Lama supermarket is only a 6 minute drive away.

A 12-minute drive brings you to the Downtown Punta Cana area, where you’ll find the San Juan Mall  with 2 large supermarkets, along with an array of other shops. Downtown Punta Cana additionally offers; Hard Rock Punta Cana, IKEA, Pizza Hut, Dominos, Taco Bell, Burger King, the Coco Bongo Night Club, a wake-board and kids inflatable activity center, a large gym, several more restaurants and shopping. Only a 20-minute drive to the Punta Cana Village and Resort, and a 22-minute drive to the Punta Cana International Airport.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: Should you want to venture to other beaches, malls, dining options or even the newer and Active Downtown Punta Cana area, small tut-tut shuttles are everywhere; Uber is readily available, or take our affordable Public bus transportation (for only $1.00 p/p one way).  Pick up is accessible just about anywhere. The Public buses are very safe and used often by tourist and expats (as well as our friendly Dominican locals). 20- 25 minute rotations providing affordable transportation to even more places in Downtown Punta Cana, Blue Mall, Punta Cana Village, or even Friusa or Veron. 

**Please note in an effort to conserve energy, as with most vacation rentals in Punta Cana, electricity is charged separately and is based on your consumption during your stay.  The average cost will normally vary between US$5 and US$15 per day but could fall outside this range depending on your usage which can be self-monitored daily. The electricity meter will be read at check-in, and again at check-out.  Your consumption cost can be paid in cash or per the VRBO website
