Clean, Close to WSU and Great for Groups

  • Located on a quiet lane next to Sunnyside Park, it is minutes away from Downtown Pullman, WSU, Martin Stadium, grocery stores and many restaurants. University of Idaho is a short 20 minutes away. My home is next to a beautiful paved walking trail that meanders through the neighborhood, green spaces and Sunnyside park.

    This is a clean and comfortable 3 level townhome (approx 2000 sq ft total) that can accommodate up to 10 people. The 2 car garage is on the main level and opens into the kitchen, dining area with snack bar, and living room with a powder bathroom. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs with 2 full bathrooms and 3 queen beds. The basement has another full bathroom, laundry room and large family room with a twin/full bunk bed. There are 2 Couches with fold out beds for additional sleeping. My home is family friendly with toys in the basement closet. A high chair and porta crib are available for use and are stored in the upstairs bedroom #2 closet. Smart TVs are on the main floor and in the basement family room. Feel free to connect your account.

    This is a smoke and pet free home. No smoking-this includes vaping in the house or on the property. No pets or emotional support animals in the house or on the property.

    No parties please. No outside visitors or overnight guests without prior approval.

    I provide complimentary soaps and shampoo in all full baths.

    2 cars are welcome to park in the garage (nothing oversized) and 2 more in front of the garage. Additional parking is at the end of the lane.

    There are exterior cameras, but nothing inside the house.

    We have basic spices, toaster and a rice cooker in the kitchen. Plates, bowls, glasses etc to accommodate up to 10 people. We have additional plastic plates and cups for the kiddos. The stairs are a hard surface FYI for any toddlers learning to navigate stairs.

    If you break or damage anything, please let me know right away and arrange for replacement or repair.

    There are mirrors in all the bedrooms.

We were 4 moms and 4 high school baseball players here for a tournament. Property was perfect for our needs and the host was very responsive when we had any questions or needs! Definitely will come back.

Best Place In Pullman!

My friends and I had an amazing time staying here. The owner checked in with us prior to our stay and was available throughout our time. The place is so nice and inviting. Tons of room and the owner left us a sweet welcome note. We can’t wait to come back again!

The house is cute and cozy. It’s in a nice neighborhood and the location is great. As long as you stick strictly to their max number of guests, (they warn you they record how many people enter) then you’ll have a nice experience.

House was great! We had three couples and four grown kids, and plenty of sleeping space for everyone. Bedrooms had soft mattresses and good linens, kitchen was stocked with basics and good amount of dishes/cooking ware. Easy location, very nice neighbors, big garage, nice deck. We'd stay here again! It is about 2.5 miles to campus, but a very easy and short drive.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for a good size group. The mattresses were very comfortable. We were there for a baseball tournament. The house was perfect for the teen boys to sleep downstairs and the rest of the family upstairs. The fully stocked kitchen and pantry was great. We were able to cook all our meals and take meals for long days on the baseball field. We enjoyed relaxing evenings/nights on the deck. The large number of plates/bowls and utensils was super as well. The dining room table was perfect for family board games. The location is close to WSU and grocery, which was also perfect for our needs. Thanks for the amazing house. We will definitely be back if we find our way to Pullman again.

Family weekend

Kathleen was very easy to work with. She had instructions posted that were very helpful. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It’s located in a cute little neighborhood of Pullman I didn’t even know existed. Centrally located to get to either side town. Pleasant stay. I’d highly recommend.

Absolute perfection for our large group!

This home was the absolute perfection for our large family. We were 5 adults (ages 40 - 70), 2 young adults (ages 18-19) and one teenager (age 15). The kitchen was spacious and very well stocked with quality cookware and serveware allowing for multiple people to contribute to prep and cooking of our daily meals.The towels, linens and bedding were plenty and excellent. All of the beds were so comfy! The decor was top notch and the layout of the home was perfect, especially the large basement room where the younger family members had fun. The neighborhood was quiet and desirable. There's even a walking trail and a lovey park nearby. We would love to stay again if we are ever in Pullman. (Three levels with stairs may be dificult for elderly or somone with knee problems.)
