The first floor of the villa has an entrance hall, an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room and a bedroom with a separate bathroom and a separate toilet. On the second floor there are three bedrooms with a separate bathroom, a bedroom with two beds and a separate bathroom, as well as a terrace with a beautiful sea view. Wake up every morning and enjoy your coffee with a panoramic view. Enjoy the Croatian Adriatic with family and friends and Villa Aquarius will provide you with an unforgettable vacation. Villa Aquarius is not a party house and youth groups are not allowed, the location of Villa Aquarius is just perfect: it is only 2 km away from the first beaches, is close to the city center of Pula and is only a short drive away from Fazana, from where you can rent a boat and visit the Brijuni Islands, a fabulous national park.

On the one hand, Istria is the ideal choice for those who want to enjoy unspoiled nature and the charm of small, traditional and mostly medieval towns. On the other hand, the tourist towns with their hustle and bustle are only a short drive away from the villa. Pula is undoubtedly the cultural center of Istria. The city reached its peak in the Roman era, which left numerous traces, including the famous amphitheater. Pula offers numerous leisure activities such as sports facilities, bars, restaurants, nightclubs and organized tours, e.g. excursions to the Brijuni National Park. Like many other coastal towns, Pula is known for its beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. Thanks to its lush forests, breathtaking beaches and Mediterranean climate, Pula is the ideal destination for beach vacationers.
