Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, it's an easy taxi or uber ride into Old Town. And the best part...it's just a block from one of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Vallarta!
This newly renovated apartment is located on a quiet street, just steps away from the ocean. Combining traditional Mexican details with modern decor, it features an elegant kitchen, a chic, stylish living room with a sofa bed, a large and comfy bedroom, and a private terrace! With ceiling fans and air-conditioning; decorated with beautiful tile, authentic wooden beams and doors, and plenty of local flavor...it's a true gem!

We had a wonderfull stay at Flamingos. We were welcomed when we arrived by Dulce, and shown around. Renea (the cartaker) was wonderful.Everything we needed was within walking distance. We met many wonderful people at the condo complex.We look forward to returning next year.

Wonderful vacation

It is our second time staying at Molly's condo. She is a wonderful host, and the local managing company is great as well. They provided us with everything we needed and were extra kind to us. The kitchen had all the equipment needed for cooking, the big beautiful counter is great to eat at. Very relaxing and comfortable stay, amazing location, caring people working at the property as well. Hoping to come back!

Tranquil and beautiful

This condo is such a gem! A really great value overall. A peaceful location, with a beautiful garden of flowers and plants. The pool is super clean and in the shade most of the time which is good for those hot temps. There’s plenty of patio furniture and sun bathing in certain spots by the pool. Photos are very accurate so no surprises! Condo was very clean and plenty of household items for daily needs. They have beach chairs,but no sand toys or goggles for kids. The sofa bed was perfect for our 11 yr old son. Maybe one more blanket would’ve been nice. The bedroom mattress slopes a little so my back didn’t agree with it much but my husband slept just fine! The beach is just a short walk with plenty of options to hang out if you have kids looking for some beach time. However, the best most beautiful beaches are taxi rides to the south or boat tours. We loved the boat tour to Yelapa and Majahuitas beach with a BBQ through Vallarta Adventures! We also really loved Concha’s Chinas beaches for shell finding and climbing around some of the rocks.A grocery store with everything you need is less than a five minute walk. Restaurants, a fabulous taco stand and other shops are also walking distance from the condo. Overall, a perfect place for a small family of three or a couple looking for a quiet, relaxing place to unwind after a day of wandering!

Great location close to the beach.

Nice quiet apartment located really close to the beach, shopping, Puerto Mágico, and the marina. The apartment is well furnished and the bed is really comfortable. The pool is nice and it’s heated. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

A very relaxing stay

I highly recommended this beautiful condo for all those, seeking tranquility, peace and a true relaxation away from the noise. The condo has a very calming interior design, it is spacious and not cluttered with extra items, the decor is simple yet very stylish and easy on the eye. The green garden in front of it creates a magnificent and pieceful wall of tropical plants with the view of the blue pool behind it. The condo had everything we needed, it has a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. I was happy to use the large and luxurious beech towels after the swim. The communication with Molly and her management company is very easy. The whole complex is awesome with great people working there. The ocean is a few steps away, grocery store five minutes walk. Relaxing plus!

This condo was so nice! We were warmly greeted by Dulce and Lili. The condo was perfect—it was clean, beautifully decorated, everything worked, and it had been furnished so that every need was anticipated. It was quiet, and this unit was right outside the pool—we usually had it all to ourselves. The bed. OMG, it was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on anywhere, ever! I need to know exactly what kind of mattress it is because I intend to buy one! Between that and the fact that the AC worked and with the geckos chirping at night…sleeping was blissful. Ubers and taxis are easy to get. 10/10! Highly recommended!

Great Stay

The condo was decorated beautifully and had pretty much all the convinces of home. Super comfy bed. Loved having the full size fridge and gas stove. We appreciated the barbecue as we love to cook that way! The pool is heated and the groundskeeper does a superb job of keeping the tropical plants looking great. The property manager Alexandria was, to say the least, on top of any request we had and acted quickly. As well, the condo owner Molly herself, kept in touch as well.

Quiet sanctuary in Hotel Zone North

Lovely property. Good location. Private, intimate courtyard and pool area. Very relaxing. The condo was very clean and everything worked fine. Full kitchen, no dishwasher. We will book again if/when we return to PV. 👍

Beautiful!

This apartment had everything we needed to be comfortable and more! The decor is so beautiful and the AC kicked in quickly to provide much needed cool when required. We slept like babies in the bed and enjoyed cooking in the kitchen so much that we chose to buy our groceries at the Chedraui (two minute walk) and cook for ourselves everyday, though there are plenty of restaurants to be found. The beach is also a two minute walk, making this location so convenient. The pool and grounds are gorgeous. We loved the terrace as we had complete privacy with the garden surrounding us! There were plenty of beach and bath towels and the in-suite laundry was a huge plus. We were greeted by the property manager Alejandra, who had everything ready for us to walk into a cool and Zen space. The owner and property managers checked in on us frequently to ensure we were comfortable and were available to answer questions/ get information/ make recommendations etc. We strongly recommend this beautiful apartment!! really enjoyed our stay in the condo It had everything we needed.It was clean comfortable and very safe A great location and close to everything we needed I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again May i recommend putting a book in the condo for guests to tell others of their experiences favorite places to visit and favorite restaraunts etc,, I feel this would be helpful for first time guests...Thankyou for letting us enjoy our stay in you condo....
