This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located in the Romantic Zone of PV. This is the trendiest area also called "Old Town", with incredible restaurants, bars and entertainment right on your door step. Urban condos is a boutique building located on Venustian Carranza in a very fun area of Zona Romantica.

A note that this accomodation is not at the top of any hills as so many places in old town are; it is a 5 minute walk to the water and Malecon.

The condo is a spacious 1300 square feet and comfortably sleeps 4 adults; has all stainless steel appliances including a wine fridge and washer/dryer.

There is a king size bed in the master bedroom. Two twin beds that can be attached to make a king in the 2nd bedroom and a king size sofa bed in the livingroom.

There are two terraces, a large one off of the living area and a small one off of the master bedroom.

The rooftop has a seasonally heated infinity pool, outdoor bbq grill and dining area, with stunning views of the city, bay and mountains.

The kitchen is fully equipped if you enjoy preparing meals.

The building has security 7 nights per week. There are no overnight guests allowed.

The condo entry is keyless so you can arrive whenever you wish without having to coordinate with a property manager or greeter.

There is a reverse osmosis water filtration system so you can feel confident with your water supply. A safe is provided for storing valuables during your stay.

The online description of the unit is accurate, the unit is however beginning to show some age....chipped and cracked dishes, no kettle for those who like tea. Generally well kept and clean. You are very central to all amenities, restaurants, shopping, food stores, etc. easy walking distance. Would I return, unfortunately no....the noise from the dance clubs at night (10pm/11pm to abt 4am) is relentless, even the second bedroom was not immune. Communication with owner was timely and helpful.

The absolute best location for everything. We’ve been to Puerto Vallarta 12 years now and hands-down this was the best location.Unfortunately, being right in the middle of the romantic zone it was extremely noisy however we took advantage of the middle/interior bedroom. We did have my sister as a guest for a few days and the noise was difficult for her. Period.

Wonderful Romantic Zone location

Condo was excellent and because of the small building size pretty much always had the rooftop pool to ourselves. Traffic noise does impact enjoyment of the second floor balcony, but heading to the roof gives you a great view along with sunshine or shade. Everything was very clean and kitchen was well stocked for quick meals at home.

We had a wonderful visit to this property and the owner was very helpful and communicated with us through the whole trip. The suite is beautiful and the rooftop was amazing to watch the New Years fireworks. Lots of great places to eat and the location was perfect to end our trip. Would highly recommend and will book again when we come back down in the future.

Super responsive

Theresa, the owner of this property, is the most responsive to inquiries I have ever booked with. The unit was immaculately clean and check in was super easy. Any noise from the clubs is blocked out by some heavy duty sliding doors and if there is construction in tue area, it shuts down by 4 pm. Be sure to use the pool area and the BBQ up there as well.

Great location and fabulous stay

This condo is in a great location! Having our kids with us made walking everywhere a high priority when we were looking for a condo and this location couldn’t be any more perfect. The rooftop pool was fabulous and the beds were comfortable. Was a perfect place for us! Kitchen was well appointed and we didn’t need for anything Def would return. Thanks so much for such a great stay.

We would stay again

We go to PV every year and staying in old town the last 10 years. The last two years we decided to rent condo's (D Terrace & Pinnacle) vs. staying in a hotel. This building is brand new. There are only 15 units which is small for the new buildings going up here and doesn't have the amenities of many of the other properties. I found that in the past I didn't use those amenities so having a gym (even though I had intentions of going) wasn't important. The rooftop pool here is perfect for the size for the property. Typically while we were at the pool there were very few people, but we did enjoy meeting some of the full time residents and guests when they were present. The building is located in the middle of everything. You're just 4 blocks to the beach and steps away from many of the great restaurants and galleries in PV. The unit itself is a nice size and well decorated. The master bedroom and bath are large and comfortable. The second bedroom while small is sufficient. The unit would be crowded if you had up to 6 and needed to use the pull out couch, but this trip there was just 3 of us and it was perfect. The street is a busy street and it can get loud in the morning having coffee on the patio. If you've never stayed in old town, keep in mind due to the cobblestone streets and the trucks themselves this is typical unless you're staying in the hillside, so this is not unexpected. Inside the unit the noise was very, very minimal and with the fans on in the bedroom a non-issue at night. As in all new construction things aren't always perfect, and during our stay we ran into an issue with the electronic entry to the building. Having said that, the owner responded immediately to our need and was able to remedy the situation. That was very appreciative. A big plus for her turning a negative into a positive. Overall it was a great value, comfortable and enjoyable stay and we'd stay in this unit or another in the building again.

Great location and even better fully equipped condo

The condo is brand new and completely furnished with all the amenities you will ever need for a great stay. Good quality construction adds to the feel of staying in a premier building in a premier location. Restaurants, lounges, shopping and theaters all very close and easy to walk. The beautiful rooftop pool is a great way to spend a relaxing day or night taking in ocean, city and Mountain Views. The beach is close. The condo scores a TEN for the descriminating renter! Highly recommend this condo!
