Guests enjoy over 1800 sq ft of tastefully appointed space, featuring beautiful Tzalam hardwood floors throughout. This apartment has a large and completely equipped gourmet kitchen, as well as a full laundry. The large open plan features a beautifully furnished living room and dining room which opens to the large ocean view front terrace featuring an outdoor bbq, and a custom Tzalam dining suite. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, plenty of storage and an ensuite with large shower and double sink. The second bedroom has two twin beds which can be joined to make a king. The 2nd bathroom has an ensuite entry as well access from the hallway. Walk out from either bedroom to the large back terrace with custom lounges and beautiful plantings and gorgeous mountain views.
Air conditioning is provided throughout, although you’ll discover the joy of a breezy open air environment is often preferable both day and night. We are seldom bothered by insects. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this beautiful home offers a peaceful retreat.
The AVA of course has wonderful common amenities. 24 hour security is provided by friendly day and night Concierge staff. A purification system provides safe drinking water for the entire building. On the entry floor, a large gym features free weights, machines and cardio equipment as well as an outdoor area for Yoga, Pilates, or Tai Chi. There are two elevators serving two residential areas. The first elevator from the Lirios lobby serves floors 1 thru 5 and the roof deck (our condo Ava 4 is on level 2). The second elevator takes you to the beautiful Zen Garden on floor 16. This area has a waterfall, Koi pond and a two story garden wall. Enjoy the shaded tranquility at a cafe table or in one of the hanging basket chairs. The lobby level leads to the Cafe and Deli with fresh baked goods as well as a daily lunch. Tuck shop items are also available. On this level is an exit door to Calle Allende for your stroll down the hill. Guest entry is only available on the Lirios side with the Concierge.
The views from the roof top pool, bar and lounge areas are a treat both day and night. The roof top offers a large rotisserie bbq, a bar with designated lockers for each suites poolside storage. There are tables, a huge couch and many lounge chairs and beds, both shaded or just perfect for the sun worshippers in your family. You'll love the heated infinity pool as well as the hot tub.
A casual 15 minute walk down the hill on Calle Allende takes you to the Malecon. This mile long beachside pedestrian walkway features great shops, bars and restaurants on one side and the ocean on the other. You’ll be entertained as you stroll by amazing life-size sculptures as well as Buskers, Crafters and Musicians. The Romantic Zone features Art Galleries, Markets, Dance Clubs, Live Music Bars and High End Shopping. Restaurants range from elegant food and service to fabulous family run taco stands - a Foodies paradise with every cuisine imaginable. Multiple excursions, adventures and boat rides are offered by vendors throughout the town. Uber coverage is wonderful and very inexpensive - a great way to get home after an evening out. A 15 minute ride will take you to Costco, Walmart and La Comer (a wonderful grocery store and more). The airport is about 30 minutes away.
