Not happy to many things went wrong with the rooms ! Air conditioning had to be repaired didn’t work ! The shower was seriously flooding!!! The WiFi didn’t work !The sofas were very dirty stained I didn’t even sit on them ! So sad in the main room the white conforter was stained ! I requested late check out when I booked the trip and they said they didn’t receive it ! REQUESTED A DIFFERENT CONDO NO RESPONSE !!! There was no one around to help !!!! I would like to be compensated for this poor quality of service, and the state!!!!!!! I didn’t know I should have taken more pictures of the shower , air conditioner etc.

Beautiful suite, great location

This is a modern and well kept suite, steps from the beach and a large grocery store. We very much recommend this unit to anyone who wants a nice place close to the beach. The only extremely minor nitpicks we had was that it could use a few more hooks for hanging towels, and the lighting is on the bright/white side, if you're sensitive to that. But overall, an excellent rental.

Amazing view

We had a very amazing stay. Everything needed was provided. The condo had an amazing view of the beach and surrounding area. Daniel, the Concierge person was accommodating of us when we had a personal issue and we had to check out an hr late. You will have no regret booking this condo.

Fantastic Condo, communication was severely lacking

The condo itself is beautiful. The feeling of having the rooftop pool to ourselves was amazing. The location is great and within walking distance of grocery stores (Walmart, Sam's club etc). Two out of the three security guards were lovely. The over night security guard was rude. He never acknowledged us or would respond when we’d greet him. Communication with the concierge Daniella was severely lacking. When we arrived the code that was given to us to enter the condo was not working so I reached out to her via what’s app. I didn’t receive a response so then I called her. She answered gave me the new code but sounded put out by my call and immediately hung up without properly ending the call or verifying that the new code worked. My messages on what’s app remained unanswered. At the front desk they ask for ID which they photocopy for their records. Even though we did this we were asked multiple times afterwards if we had already registered our ID (by the same security guard). Between the concierge and the security guards, they made us feel like our presence was a nuisance. What a shame because the condo and our stay outside of these incidences was amazing.

The Condo is great. Looked exactly like the pictures. We had a few small maintenance issues but they were immediately addressed by the property. Noise was an issue on 2 nights, not the fault of the property but still made sleeping difficult. The things we loved is it had all the comforts of home and two bathrooms! The roof top pool was a beautiful space and always loungers available. The beach is literally 5 min walk and many restaurants, grocery stores and malls are within walking distance too. We will definitely go back!

One of our best VRBO stays

This property was perfect for our needs! Condo was clean, bright, spacious with all the kitchen items we would need. Great to have a washer/dryer. Rooftop pool perfect for sunsets and lounging during the day. Beds were comfortable! The location was excellent! Massages, restaurant, Chedraui right behind building. We will definitely try to stay here again!

Perfect for a week at the beach!

The condo was exactly what we were looking for: clean, spacious, and well-equipped. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic – just a short walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. It was also super convenient to hail an Uber for exploring downtown areas like El Centro and the Romantic Zone. We especially enjoyed the condo's security and the rooftop pool, which offered stunning views for relaxing evenings. Overall, a great condo for a relaxing and convenient beach vacation!

A place to relax

Our family of three had a great time at the property. Check-in was a breeze , host communication was excellent. The property staff were very helpful with suggestions/ help. The property was spotless, kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. There were nice touches, including starter coffee / condiments and bathroom toiletries. There were plenty of linens including beach towels and even beach mats.The balcony and rooftop had stunning views of the oceans and whale watching. The beach is a minute away with places to rent chairs / umbrellas. Lots of nearby restaurants at the Marina. This was a great condo

Amazing property

Beautiful condo in the North hotel zone. Only 46 units so extra quiet, two minutes from the beach. The rooftop pool provided great ocean views. Gerardo was an excellent concierge!

Pool Side

Wonderful. From people watching from the balcony to spending time on the roof top pool and gym. Easy access to the beach, grocery store, restaurants and the marina. Some negatives: Hot Tub was not hot. No beach chairs and umbrella, spent less time on the beach. Pool made up for that. Cleaners didn't clean the balcony glass rail. Gym needs bench and a few more free weights, but we all made due. Still, five stars out of five. thanks.
