This nicely appointed studio is located on the trendy Basilio Badillo Street in Old Town, Puerto Vallarta, in a neighborhood inhabited by Vallartan families and Ex Pats that like to spend long periods in this heavenly part of Earth!

At Condo de Colores Penthouse you will find a contemporary studio unit with marble floors, flat screen television with cable, wireless internet, air conditioning and decorated with Mexican accents. This 484 sq. ft. studio with a King size bed is ideal for 1-2 people. It has a spacious patio, balcony and a terrace that will give you a spectacular view to the mountains, city and ocean.

Great location, nice patios, great communication.

Thanks for a great accommodation. The location was fantastic in Zona Romantica, a little further up the street which we quite liked. Very easy to walk anywhere we wanted. The apartment itself was clean and nice. Beautiful patios with great views. The apartment was clean, secure, and had beautiful light. I really appreciated that Ramiro arranged to have us picked up at the airport and brought to the apartment - it was lovely. Thanks for a great stay. Downsides: I would warn anyone that's elderly or has physical limitations that there are a lot of stairs involved; it was not at all a problem for us. The bed is quite hard/not the most comfortable. The blinds are a little ragged but work well. Shower pressure is more of a heavy trickle (but I think this is easily fixed with a different shower head).

Close to Everything and Room was Cozy

We had a wonderful time at our stay in Puerto Vallerta! At first we found out that our room was double booked a few weeks in advance and Ramiro offered us another room in the same building and a bottle of wine and he sent someone to pick us up in the airport because we didnt get the room we had originally booked. That was very helpful and we appreciated it! The room was great. Only complaint was the bed was very hard and firm and hurting our backs, so we asked if there was a foam topper or something they could put on top. The next day, they brought a foam topper and it was much better! We asked for more towels but we never received any so we made due with what we had. Overall, it was a great stay and it is fairly close to everything. We didn't realize how much walking we would do down to the beach, etc. but it was nice to get the exercise!
