This little beach front house is perfect for your vacation at the beach.

This property is beach front with spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez. It is 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms and the living room can sleep 2 more people. It has a built in barbeque on the beach side and a front porch that is amazing. We provide the linens, towels, blankets, toilet paper, soap, dish soap and the patio furniture. The house is decorated to feel like you are in an aquarium but it is the outdoors you will love the most.

Basic Beach House

This was a very basic beach house. You didn't worry about hurting or ruining anything because you're at the beach. It was clean and minimalistic and it served its purpose. The location was premium and I would stay there again. Thank you Joe!!there again

Location, location, location

Location is what this property is all about. We have stayed before and know that it is an older beach house that is rough around the edges. However, this time we were taken aback. The bedding and bath towels are clean, but not much else is. This house truly needs a good cleaning and updating. Furniture is simply trashed, indoors and out. We spend the majority of the time outside and were disappointed to find the condition of the outdoor furniture in such dire shape. I cannot in good conscience recommend this property.

The location was amazing!!

This is the 4th time we stayed in this house. We really enjoy being here ,you can't have a better location then this. Is like having the ocean at your backyard!!! We rented Jet skies, and the banana and we had so much fun !

Everything I need

The views and Las Concha’s beachfront location is so great. It’s lovely being up a bit with the whole coastal vista. The interior is basic, but comfortable. The oven and stovetop are adequate for heating things up, but if I were doing any intense cooking that required consistent temps, it would be a challenge. Bring your own paper towels, beach towels and toiletries. All in all, a great stay. Very comfortable for this family of 4 with teens.

Holiday Weekend stay

As other reviews said, this is a very nice, simple and clean little house. It is right on the beach, with a beautiful view of the Ocean and Beachfront. Everything worked just fine ‐ hot water, cooling, toilet and appliances ‐ just had a short power outage on the first night, but it came back on after a couple of hours (it was the whole block!) We took our small dog and she had a good time as well. We will be back!

Amazing location, house not so much…

This is prime Las Conchas land and it would have been really nice if the house/accommodations matched it. From the fire pit to the beach it was amazing and the fenced yard is great for the dogs! The beds and the foutons/couches were literally the worst things I’ve ever had to sit or sleep on. The bathrooms and kitchen are old and gross. We knew the place would be small. Didn’t realize it would be outdated and uncomfortable. Also in need of pest control. Wouldn’t return or recommend it to others.

I have found my peaceful place!

The views from the porch are amazing! I took my early 20s and teenage children with me and they marveled at how easy it was to sit for hours and just listen to the waves and watch the scene as it changed from morning to evening and tide to tide. We will definitely be coming here again!

Property had obviously just been cleaned when we arrived...concrete patio had puddles of water that did not dry until the next day so we were walking in water to get into the house. windows in living room/kitchen that look out onto the ocean were so dirty you could not see out of them. The patio day was very clean. No kitchen towels were available...no paper towels. Found clean kitchen towels in a laundry basket in bedroom closet. Bought paper towels. A few of the towels we located had dark dirt stains on them and were of poor quality as were most of the bath towels. Good water supply in 5 gal jugs. there was trash in the fire pit...a grapefruit and an empty vaccumn cleaner bag!
