Ground floor at Las Palomas Resort. Enjoy this 2 Bedroom/2Bathroom Condo, located on the ground floor of the Diamante building Phase 1, over 2000 sf of patio overlooking pools, lazy river, steps from the bar pool and beach.
Diamante 105 features an open design kitchen overseeing the living room. The entertainment center has a 60 inches flat screen TV with soundbar and Netflix.
The living room has also a dining area comfortable for six guests.
All 2 bedrooms have King bed and 48 inches flat screen TV with Netflix.
The spectacular patio comes with a dining table for 6, chairs, lounge chairs and an extra round table at the end of the patio overlooking all the amenities and beach.
Diamante 105 is conveniently located by the grill patio, free to use for all guests, enjoy the free underground parking, all the pools and restaurants that Las Palomas Resort offers.
We listen to our guests and for your comfort
We added a Keurig 2.0 coffee machine.

Tienen un muy buen servicio de limpieza en todas las instalaciones, el lugar tiene una playa privilegiada con buena vigilancia y cuenta con muchas amenidades, tiene mayor ventaja al estar con una salida independiente hacia las albercas y la playa caminando. Definitivamente volveríamos.

Great experience, have stayed here twice. Love the fact that you can just walk out to the pool and beach from the patio. Had a little issue with AC, but the owner was quick to respond and fix the issue. Thanks again.

Wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We went with our bffs who we have been to Mexico with several times since 1999. This was our favorite place, and we plan to stay again, and again! The whole resort was very clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. The unit was everything we expected, and more. The proximity to the pool and hot tub was wonderful, and the beach was literally steps away! The unit is well appointed and had everything we needed as far as linens, dishes, pots, pans and utensils. The host was fabulous to work with and accommodated our need for a change of dates with no fuss. We love Rocky Point and will go back as soon as we can....again, and again! Thank you Fabrizio!!

Prime Location at Las Polomas

The location of this unit is prime, you can walk to the beach in under a minute. Ground level no elevator needed. Literally, foot steps from the pools. The patio is huge. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

You can’t control the AC it’s set by the owner

I love staying at las Paloma’s. Condo Diamanté 105 was clean and beautiful but the temperature of the AC is set by the owner and you can’t adjust it. I get hot and I sleep hot. I was sweating all day and night. I will not stay there again due to that. If I rent a condo I should be able to set the temperature of the AC to what ever I want. It’s not cheap to stay there so I should’ve been able to be comfortable at what ever temperature I wanted.
