Escape to paradise at this beautiful 2-bedroom groundfloor unit in the highly sought after Casa Blanca Resort in the Sandy Beach area. This is the perfect destination for those looking to relax, enjoy resort amenities, and indulge in delicious fresh seafood.



The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king size bed and a private bathroom, while the guest bedroom offers a cozy queen size bed and a shared hallway bathroom. For extra convenience, there is also a sofa bed in the living room, allowing for a maximum occupancy of 6 people.



Take a short walk from the back patio to reach the beach, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the gorgeous ocean views. Plus, this home is pet friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along for the fun!



Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, including all appliances, a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and more. Utilize the reverse osmosis water system for filtered water at the sink. The unit also has air conditioning and heating for added comfort, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer at your disposal.

This was a great property and an exceptional unit at Casa Blanca. We were looking for a spot to rent that would allow our dog to come with us, and I believe this is one of very few properties available for that service in Rocky Point / Puerto Penasco. Check-in was a breeze: we were able to park directly in front of our unit and use easy digital access to get in and out. This made the luggage unloading and reloading process so simple, as well as gave us a lot of flexibility to go out in the car exploring.This unit was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The A/C was wonderful powerful ceiling fans in every room kept the entire unit cool despite the humidity and heat. Walk to the beach/beachfront pool is less than 5 minutes! The new Sky Lounge on the 10th floor of the main building was beautiful and the service was great. Pools were beautiful, staff was great, very easy in and out. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a pet-friendly (or not) stay at Rocky Point. Plus, the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful!

Little paradise

This condo was great!! And we LOVE that they are dog friendly!! The location is great and the access to the beach was perfect! It’s a little further back than the newer condos but being that it’s dog friendly and clean, no complaints!! And the condo itself was beautiful! We look forward to coming back and making more memories that our dog is able to enjoy right along with us!!

Excellent property and grounds

Easy to get to. Very very clean. Up to date amenities, decor. Even had some popular English streaming services. The only issue was that the inlet water to the washer was very clogged which I fixed as I am handy that way. Restaraunts on property are good with decent pricing

Wonderful Condo

The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was great as well. The hosts were very accommodating when I called them with a question. I highly recommend this condo and plan to rent it again in the near future.
