    Bella Vista 29 is a gorgeous Brand new 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with accommodations for 8 guest. The house is inside a gated community with 24hr security. As soon as you enter through the door you will feel just as comfortable as being at home. The living room is very spacious with comfy couches where you could spend family time, enjoy a nice movie on the smart flat screen tv which has Netflix.

    The kitchen is fully equipped everything you might need to cook a nice meal or some snacks. The kitchen table is right by the kitchen and it easily accommodates 8 guest.

    As you walk out on the second floor you will be amazed by the view, there is a beautiful sunny deck where you can enjoy some sun and relaxation. There is a snail staircase right next to the deck and it takes you to the third story. This is where you can make a nice barbecue it provides a charcoal grill where you can enjoy your food with your loved ones. This part of the home is the best part because you can see the ocean from it.

    On the property you could enjoy from the big community pool with its barbecue area. You can enjoy a swimming pool and catch a nice tan while cooking a nice barbecue.

Overall, the house was nice, but very dirty. The communication from the owner was not the best at all. There was a leaking toilet and dead bugs everywhere and I never heard back from owner till after checkout. Would have been a nice stay if there was a communication and if the house was clean.

People in the office were very friendly and helpful..... ac was not working properly they all got on the ball and fixed it quickly. Owner went by to check on us and the ac the next day. Really said a lot about their commitment to make your stay pleasant. I will be staying there again without a doubt!! Thank you for everything!!

Management team and staff were great.

House is big and is great for a large family. Location is good and we liked the 24 hour security. In fact the security guard was so nice and helpful with questions. I really wanted to give it a 5 star but we had issues with a sewer smell that started on day 3 from the showers. Also house has several light bulbs out. Might stay again.

The house was not the same as the one pictured on the listing. It was poorly maintained (dirty walls, dirty floors, not swept or mopped. Dead flies in corner of the restroom and underneath/behind couch). Upon entering the home the downstairs was hot. AC box was hard to set to cool. Downstairs restroom would backflow and had no water pressure. Washer/dryer unit did not work and missing knobs. TV remote control was broken and missing back cover. The kitchen cabinets were falling off and not one closed properly. The stove was dirty. The upstairs restroom smelled like sewage all day long and roaches were found throughout the house. Could not cancel and book another house because we had family traveling from afar and they had a no cancellation/no refund policy.

We were lied to about the location. Was told a 1 minute walk to beach. Was a 15 minute drive. Very unhappy about that. Parents not able to walk well so this was the main reason for booking this property.

Wonderful stay

A great stay in Puerto Peñasco. Great location- close to the Malecon but far enough to have some privacy and quiet night’s sleep. Security guard was helpful and kind and we felt safe. Would stay here again!

The property was good. It was clean and easy to find, with the help of the property manager. Easy to check in and there was always security. Good price for the stay of four days.

Great time!

The property was very nice and accommodating. Kid friendly has a room for kids and a small play kitchen my toddler enjoyed so much. Great view on the roof floor and we were able to grill and enjoy the pool.

Great spot. Always stayed nice and cold with refrigerated air. Really close to the public beach.

Location was good but property had some issues, front door lock did not work half of the time. Sewer smell on first level, very bad, oven did not work, water pressure was terrible. Interior doors would not open periodically. Would not stay there again

Great stay, minor issues

Overall had a great experience here! The location is great and too far from anything, nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood with 24hr security that was very helpful and cool if we had any questions and always willing to help out! Only reason I gave a 4 star review is because the down stair bathroom door handle was kind of broken and we got trapped in the bathroom for 15 minutes trying to open it lol. Also the water pressure was hit or miss, kinda seemed as if one shower can only run at a time or little to no water pressure will be available. Besides that I would stay here again and recommend to friends and others, we all had a great time!!

Excellent house for family or friends.

First time renting a house, great experience. We were in love with the house. Very clean, beyond pretty. The view was great! Definitely recommended. It’s in a private area and very secured. We will come back again. No issues with anything. Makes you feel like if you were in your own house.
