Relax in this beautifully decorated condo with stunning straight on ocean views. This condo is located in the Rubi building in Phase 1 and is on the 10th floor. You are greeted with an amazing ocean view as soon as you enter the condo. Phase 1 has the best pools, lazy river, water slide, and heated spa.

The living room has a queen sleeper sofa that includes a tempurpedic memory foam mattress.Sit back and relax, listen to music on the stereo, or watch a movie from the dvd library on the 55" flat screen smart TV.

The master bedroom consists of a comfortable king size bed. There is a 42 inch flat screen TV for watching your favorite shows.

The kitchen has everything you need for cooking a delicious meal or blending a frozen beverage to enjoy in the elegant dining room or on the patio.

Beautiful one bedroom condo!

The one bedroom condo was perfect for my husband and I. The condo was neat and clean. Beautiful view of the ocean. Property manager was easy to get a hold of and responds quickly to emails. Definitely plan on rebooking this property again.

Great condo with amazing views

It was a smaller one bedroom than we have stayed in before, however it was wonderful stilll. Its right in middle of phase 1 building and the views are great, neighbors were quiet no issues.. other then cleaning staff locking us out at 930am on our check out day when check oit was at 11... which i did report to the front office and supervisor stated he would make an incident reportt. The place however is great with affordable rate!!!

Excellent Place

Wonderful place to stay! Excellent communication and responses from condo owner. Condo has all the appliances for a great stay and has beautiful views from balcony and front door. Property and pools are very clean. 5 min walk to golf course. I would definitely stay here again.

2nd time stay !

This is the 2nd time we booked this exact room, everything to check in to check out is flawless. This room has the best view in my opinion its did center see all the property and of course the ocean. Room is super clean and has every thing you need! Only thing is looks like the number listed for the manager goes to someone else phone. I text , and a person replied wrong number. This will be a yearly trip for us for sure!

A few days getaway

We were so impressed of the cleanliness, the spaciousness and the comfortability of the overall condo made you feel at home. The stunning view out of the patio was a million dollar view. We definitely will comeback and recommend others to stay at Rubi C1004

Relax and Repeat

Our family had a wonderful time in Puerto Penasco. The location, size and view from the property was perfect! We cooked both nights due to gluten allergies within our family and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Thanks Joanne!

Las palomas

The condo was clean and did not miss any necessities. We had some issues with water restrictions specific hours during night and day but that was not related to the condo owner. Las palomas and puerto Penasco decided to conserve water due to water shortages

Best location in Las Palomas!!!

We had an amazing stay and will definitely book again. This home has EVERYTHING even fancy glasses for all your favorite cocktails. The view is unbelievable from the 10th floor you can see all the pools and beach from your own private balcony. We have stayed in other places in Rocky Point but this is by far our favorite. The beds are comfy and the condo is spacious. Modern appliances with a new Samsung fridge with an ice maker and it even has a washer and dryer.
