Viatges a Port Canaveral

We asked if staff would clean our room it was about 10am. Staff said they would get our room cleaned but they had other priorities as in getting rooms ready for customers checking in. We were on our 6th night it was as if we were 2nd class. We asked at 10am and those checking in could not check in till 3pm we were patient and they said they would get it cleaned well 12pm 1pm 2pm 3pm we said screw it! Room never was cleaned would never stay here again

My husband and I were celebrating our 4 year wedding anniversary and attended a concert nearby at the Dr. philips arena. We were able to utilize the complimentary shuttle van. We received excellent service from Dominique upon arrival and had an excellent experience at the dining area with Ellis! The room was very clean and smelled fresh! Wonderful experience

My family and I have stayed at many hotels. The room that they put us in was by far the worst room we’ve ever stayed in. The carpet was very dirty and the room smelled like there was a flood in there. We were traveling with two small children. We checked in late at night. because we drove 3 hours to get there. When we checked in, they gave us the wrong room. We went to the front desk and explained that to them. They switched the room. When we got in the 2nd room we were very tired. To me, It was very smelly. My husband was too tired to notice what I noticed—- ( this was the 2nd room we checked into… We just wanted to take a shower and go to bed). When we woke up in the morning, he had to get something from the car, when he came back in the room, he expressed how bad it smelled and couldn’t believe they would rent out a room in this condition. We were only staying for one night. It disheartening and disappointing to say the least. Suffice it to say we will not be staying in this hotel again.

The hotel is nice but the rooms are lacking. First the plus, when we checked in we were given a high floor and free parking. The room was spacious, great water pressure and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and for the price you can't beat it. They had hot and cold breakfast choices. The hotel is right across the strfrom Universal Studios, and they even have a free shuttle both way, which you have to reserve your spot. We ubered back to the hotel from US around 745 and it cost $10 with a $3 tip. The negative, our room had a bunch of hair on th3 bathroom floor, the toilet ran nonstop our second night, I thought it was the AC. The tub was refinished with paint, it was peeling, and finally the shower head was loose. I would definitely stay there again. The pluses outweighed the negative.
