"This is not a 5 star property. The in-room amenities are poor- only one chair; we had to ask for more hangers; the towels have definitely seen better days! We arrived early for check in and were told that we could have a nicer room if we waited until 3 pm. We happily agreed, but when we returned at 4 pm we were told that the only room they could offer us was one floor above the one available at 11 am and was no better!
